If you are not using North Valley Mechanical you are cheating only yourself. These people are the real deal. $99 brought them to my 1959 house and they did a 3+ hour home inspection alerting me to ways I could save money and also potential dangers.Kirk showed me that my duct work was for evaporative cooling and was wasting money.They are on time and their office people are very knowledgeable. I am not sure if this deal is still available, call them today.

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

Dustin and Travis made the perfect customer service duo. They were so friendly and polite. When they hit snags they went with the flow and never placed blame on anyone. They kept reassuring me that they would make everything perfect. They cleaned up even better than they found it. And, even the dogs found them delightful. I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very helpful at letting me know what was going on as he was working on things. The service from John and the Comfort One was top notch! We had a tricky problem where heat would work sometimes... required a few different service calls. The tech that was sent out always worked as quickly as possible, and explained the issues in detail so I could understand them. Would recommend and use again!
