We've been using Hays for years to take care of our two older AC units. Every interaction with the company has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. We're on their maintenance plan and have been very happy with it. Today we called in the late afternoon, and they had a technician out within three hours. Charlie solved the problem quickly, explained our options going forward, and answered all our questions.

Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a hot summer night. After several technicians came in to fix the air conditioner to no avail, Carlos and Tom came to our rescue.Despite the day already being a long and hot one, Carlos and Tom came to look at our air conditioner late in the afternoon. They were professional and friendly, and they were thorough and did not rush, despite it already being quite late - a lot of other people would have chosen to call it a day and go home already.They found the issue and gave us an interim solution since they understood we had been without air conditioning for over a week. Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Jon came out on the 4th of July and had our air running within an hour!! Highly recommend!!!
