We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. The technician, Ezekiel, was professional, courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have work in our home. The service fees and parts cost were less than the prior company, with no price gouging or high pressure sales. We will continue to use Parker and Son's for all of our future needs. When the sound of trickling water turned into a full blast waterfall, they came faster than they originally told me, and repaired it right then and there. Quick, clean, professional. Left my cabinet cleaner than when they got here!Very nice and professional, wore a mask the whole time and stayed 6 feet away. Felt safe, even during a pandemic, that a man I didn't know was in my home.They even recommended a good restoration company for the water damage and gave the company my info so I didn't have to find one myself.
