Best Year Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

The service technician, Sky, was awesome. He explained everything very well, explained my options, and then went through what the cost of a new system would be. He left no questions unanswered and I felt very comfortable dealing with Sky and Penguin air. Overall the experience was fantastic I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how timely they were in getting here to temporarily fix my broken system until my new one is installed tomorrow.

The Indoor Air Quality team rocked it. They were polite, professional and thorough. They taped off and covered up my furniture, then went to town on cleaning 26 years worth of dust and grime from my ducts. While doing so, the discovered two home made destructor plates that had been installed in the vents by a previous owner. I asked them to remove them and now believe that could have been the source of my heating and cooling problems. If so, then the service will have paid for itself in terms of lower electric and gas bills over the next year.

This company is amazing!! They worked with my warranty company and are very easy to work with. Andy (manager)is very on top of things and up front with everything. The tech, Kyle, was also great with communication and really figured out a problem and the solution that 4 other AC companies misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me over $1000 -$7000 for what cost several hundred through SG Mechanical cause the other companies didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem and just wanted to replace major parts of the system to the whole system. SG even fixed the thermostat that was installed sloppy by another company. They are my company now and only ones I will call with maintenance and any issues!!

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out. Prior to going with Comfort One for our new unit, we received bids from several other companies and they were the best in price and responsiveness. Locally owned and operated...only way to go. Give them a try, you WON'T be disappointed.

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

Great service at a great price and the job was done quickly! Gave a great price compared to the company we had started the job with and was upfront about everything with no surprises. Saul was great guy who explained everything he was going to do and also let me know of the things that were not needed that the other company tried to sell us. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Future customer for sure!

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life!
