A previous plumbing company sent by myw company said they would have to cut a hole in my cabinet or remove my kitchen cabinet. And then after waiting a month they said they could not do the work.

I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.

To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.

There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.

Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

James came out several months ago to look at our compressor that was toast. His was one of several bids for the job, and while we went with one that was cheaper, we found James very helpful—he was happy to explain the entire situation to us and not at all high pressure. We would have him come out again.

Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

Hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced in the middle of the night. Parker and Sons were the only ones that made themselves available, I called ten companies. Job was done professionally and efficiently.

Honest, reliable and quality HVAC company. We highly recommend and will continue to use Preferred Air for our future HVAC service. We asked Preferred Air to give us a quote on a new AC system based on a referral and positive online reviews. They explained the options and some modifications to our air ducts that would improve the circulation in our home. They were the best price for the unit that we wanted and we were exceptionally pleased with the quality of work performed. They showed us the pictures of the work performed in the attic and explained it to us.

Louis was great. He knew what was wrong with my AC when I explained to him over the phone what was wrong. He ordered the part and returned the next day to install it and it works great.
