Best Year Maintenance in Phoenix AZ
I had Arizona Electrical Solutions do a ton of work on my condo. They did everything very well. Very responsive, polite, and punctual. I'm so relieved I found these guys and have peace of mind knowing I have my electrical needs covered in Phoenix! Strongly recommend.

John provides excellent work at a reasonable price. He installed 220v wiring for our new water heater for our home in Surprise. He ensures that his work is performed correctly the first time!

THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

Your guys, Marcin and David, just finished up installing my new a.c. unit. They were both very professional, courteous, and friendly; couldn't ask for anything more. They left the place as clean as when they arrived. Thank you all!!Updated 9/18:Well that was regarding the install... Unfortunately the unit did not work correctly. Very disappointed with the service from Amanda who answered when I called after the installation regarding this. She sounded annoyed that I even called and proceeded to lie to me saying it was normal for the a.c. not to actually start working until 12 hrs later. ?? Like if I bought a new car and the salesman said it wont start until tomorrow though. Long week turned out to be a little longer thanks to her. I understand things happen but Amanda is the main reason I took 2 stars off of my initial 5 star rating. 24hrs later and still have to wait for a new install to fix issue. Will update further..

TOO BIG TO CARE!They replaced my hvac through Costco.I repaired the first roof water leak myself. They were the only contractors on my new asphalt shingle roof.I requested them to repair the ripped shingles and re-route the drain line so as to not have a white piece of pvc pipe running down the roof so it did not look so, LACKING IN PRIDE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP; and instead attach the drain to the existing drain line, I was told someone else would have to look at the ripped shingles. They did re-route the drain and tarred over the (2) new holes in the new roof, in so doing caused yet another water leak on the existing drain line in the roof. I patched this one myself also and canceled the followup visit to Repair the ripped shingles, as it was apparent to me anytime they are on my roof I must inspect the attic at the next Rain and Repair the leak myself. I eventually tarred over the ripped shingles myself as they had already tarred over all the un-necessary penetrations they put in my new roof and assumed that was there standard of craftsmanship.During the initial install they removed the elbow with a Sledge Hammer, causing such noise and vibration throughout the house I offered to let them use my cutting tools so as to not damage other ares in the house. Now when the unit runs you hear vibrations throughout the house. The ceiling in the living room has a crack, yet I am done with these guys.I was supposed to get a $200 rebate from APS 8-12 weeks after installation. After numerous calls now being 14 weeks later, still no check.I fed and tipped all workers that came to the house, and this is what I get for the close to $10,000 I paid.I would suggest Costco dis-associate themselves from this company.

Troy responded quickly, was professional and knowledgeable and even help us troubleshoot a separate electrical issue from the one we hired him for. I would recommend him.

I would not recommend this business. The owner had over 2 weeks to reply to my email and did not reply.
This business charges you for materials which I knew and is supposed to leave the excess with you but conveniently it was forgotten to leave all of the excess material they charged for. I had work done on 2 doors yet one of the doors is still not closing properly and I was advised that was the best they could do. It was never mentioned before work started that the door might be a challenge and still might not close properly.

I highly recommend Scott's for your plumbing needs. Scott came out and diagnosed my issues, and then my man Jose came out, a day earlier than scheduled due to an open time slot, and capably executed the repairs, including putting on new seats for each of my three bowls. Much appreciated, Guys!

ATR Handyman is a fantastic, family owned business. They are helpful, accountable, professional and educated about the jobs they complete. We have been completely satisfied with the work that they have done - we have them hired out through the next few months to continue doing work on our home. His range of expertise and abilities are impressive. Looking forward to getting our light fixtures replaced in the next few weeks!

Poor communication, even worse quality of work, and most of all their prices were INSANE!!!! It's bad when an amateur homeowner can produce better quality than a educated professional. This would be the worst possible choice for anyone (commercial or residential) to go with whether you're remodeling or building new. Craig cares about only himself, not the customer, and sends his uneducated minions out to do his bidding. Good luck if you decide to use this clown.
