Best Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

My daughter's water heater was on the verge of bottom rusting out. They responded quickly and earlier than quoted time frame. The tech that showed up ( DaQuonTurner ) assessed the problem and had new water heater installed all within a few hours. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I had utilized the following services last month, electrical, plumbing and AC repair. We were selling our house, and as anyone knows is beyond belief stressful and expensive. We had utilized this company based upon a referral from a friend who had used them in the past. I have to say with all the repairs we did, we were so blessed to have this team of gentlemen come to our home. They were respectful, profession (yup they even wore those booties over their shoes every time they came in the door) and most importantly they got the job done right (the FIRST time!).besides having all our needs met by these wonderful gentlemen, the one thing that I really liked the most is how their appointment confirmations are set up. the day of appointment I would receive a text that had a picture of the individual and a brief personal bio. I really felt like I knew them before they even arrived! By the end of the service call I really felt like I had just made a new friend!hands down BEST company I have ever worked with, especially during the hectic time of selling a house.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Goettl had great customer service from the people scheduling an appointment, to the technician Jesse that came out to inspect my current 20 year old system and quote an ac replacement. Jesse was a great guy who was right on time to the appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional about ac systems and went over replacement options in a way that was understandable. He was also very courteous and cleaned up any mess that was made during the inspection. Jesse was very friendly with my german shepherd while inside my home. Jhon the project manager gave very thorough hvac replacement options that were easy to understand and supplied a good value quote. I decided to have Goettl replace my ac system rather then their competitors since they have been around awhile and are a reputable company. They were even able to install the system the same day.

Jess, Brittany, Carol, Kevin, Jorge, Chris and the team are all true professionals. They respect my time, schedule and home and I trust their advice on recommended repairs or replacement.

AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.

After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. I appreciate that. Every person on their team has been professional and great to work with. You can tell they like what they do. Great job team and great job Day & Night teaching and training your servicemen to do a job right! Much appreciated, you've got a loyal customer in me!!!!

Do not use this business! They wanted me to put in a new air conditioner for $7,000 and I got another company to fix my air conditioner for less than $400 They told me the part I needed was not available and I would need to get an entire new air conditioner. So I checked with another ac service who found the part and replaced it within 2 days.

Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team. Thank you Mr Eduardo for resolving the matter.

Great service every time we've had them come out! The service men and women are always very professional and very kind. I never feel like I'm being sold anything. When we first bought the house the air conditioning unit was 20 years old. We didn't have the money to replace it right away so they replaced parts for free under their service contract and kept it working for us until we could afford a new one. Installers came out on time and we're very efficient. We have three dogs and they were very kind and thoughtful to make sure that the gate was never left open and that the dogs were not scared. Just a great experience through and through!

Very pleased with professionalism of Kris and the great job repairing water line leak. This was a difficult job physically with all the trenching with a shovel. However, Kris completed it and we now have water after two days. I will use Parker & Sons again.

The technician spent an hour and a half on a very hot roof. Was very thorough. Thanks Michael,. And you can't beat the cost 49.95 I was pleasantly surprised. The temp that day was 115 and all AC businesses were very busy that day but they still were able to come out in just 2 hours.
