Stephen and Efren did an amazing job while meeting every challenge. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in my home.

We had an electrical issue in our new home and called a couple different companies on Angie's List, neither company called me back. Third try was 24 HR Valleywide Electric and David answered and was at my door on the estimated time he told me. He fixed the problem quickly, he was professional and friendly. I have his business card and if any other electrical issues arise I will definitely hire David.

We needed an outlet installed for a dishwasher (There wasn't one in the house before).
We called other electricians and John gave us half of the price from the quote that we've got from others.
He was very willing to fit us into his schedule within days even though other electricians said it would be 3 or more weeks before they could visit.
He was professional and honest and wanted to be available to us if we ever had need. He explained to us clearly what he was doing as well as taught us some things about our house's electric work. I would happily work with him again in the future if we had a need and I highly recommend him.

We’re so thankful to have found Alex! I was pleasantly surprised to be able to text him and get a quick response instead of having to call someone, leave a voicemail, and hope to get a call back. The first time he came to our home, we asked him to put a GFCI outlet in our kitchen because it came back on the inspection when we bought our home. He told me that we didn’t need one because none of the outlets were close enough to a water source. I really appreciated that he took the time to walk me through the “why” and he built trust with me by shooting me straight and not letting me pay for something I didn’t need! His prices are really fair, he’s efficient, and very kind! Would recommend.

One Shot Installation was fabulous. I woke up Labor Day morning to find that my water heater had decided that Labor Day seemed like a fine time to konk out on me. I called around frantically trying to find someone who would be reasonable in price (I knew that it was an Emergency call AND a holiday call so I knew I was going to be looking at some sky high prices).

One Shot Installation came out in less than an hour after I called them, they DID NOT charge additional for it being an emergency or a holiday, AND they got the job done in a manner that was 100% proffesional. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Gabe was so nice and took the time to not only explain everything to me, but even made a few money saving suggestions. Kudos to them for not raking me over the financial coals with this unexpected incident.

I had called George Brazil to get a 2nd opinion on roots in my sewer line. Jesse came out and was able to clean the line within two hours! Excellent customer service and a lower cost than the other guy. Jesse politely explained the problem to me, showed it to me on camera, then cleaned it out, and showed me the clean line on camera. I'll be sure to call George Brazil first next time.

The Phoenix Electrician we hired from Meade Electric Co. did a great job for us. We called a couple other places and they were the only ones to come out on a Saturday. Ask for Tony he was a pleasure to work with.

Mike did a great job troubleshooting my electrical issues and fixing the problem quickly.

Was charged a site visit charge for an estimate. Not only was it not clearly identified there was a charge at time of booking, but I have gotten 4 other estimates from both big and small companies and none of them had a charge.

We had an 18 year old system in our home and in AZ that’s a ticking time bomb. We decided to go with P&S to get them replaced and it’s been a pain ever since. We haven’t had so much trouble with A/C units in our lives since we’ve had them install one. They’ve been back multiple times with problems. The A/C unit gave out on us during the summer and while we were on vacation. Good thing the smart thermostat was working so we could be notified that our house was at 98 degrees. Took a few days to get that repaired. Sounded like shoddy workmanship since the install guys pinched a wire to the upstairs thermostat. They shorted out a thermostat and had to replace that. While they were there they mentioned that they’ll have to come back to finish the install on the furnace since the install guys didn’t finish. This was only 3 months into a brand new system. 7 months later it’s cold so we turned the furnace on and the upstairs fills with smoke and the smoke alarms are going off. We live in an older neighborhood and there are quite a few older systems around. P&S is not getting any new customers out here since the neighbors have seen P&S at our house for the 4th time in 9 months. Bad install apparently. Wonder if we got some lemons or the install team was on drugs during the install. Not sure what’s up but only two stars from us. Looks like we got all the Melvins at our house to do this install.P.S. the picture is the kind of workmanship you can expect

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
