The tech was very professional, friendly and competent. He was on time, explained what was to be done and quoted a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the finished product and will use Maloney Plumbing in the future.

On Jan 1, in the middle of the night, our cold water tap of our garden tub would not turn off. We ended up turning off the water to our house and waiting until 6:30 am to give Robin’s Plumbing a call. Steve was very understanding and sent out Cody to help us within the hour! We also had guests staying so it was really important to have the water working again. I am so impressed by their service on such short notice as well as the price was reasonable since it was on a holiday. Robin’s Plumbing has now gained a customer for life.

Jerry and his team were very timely, responsive, professional & friendly. They worked tirelessly in the rain to fix our septic issue. These are the kind of homeowner issues that you wish you never encounter, yet they all showed compassion & empathy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue

Chris installed a laundry tub in our utility room. He carefully removed the sheetrock to get at the plumbing and replaced it when he was done. He left the room spotless. You could tell he takes pride in his work. (The only thing left for us to do was to tape the sheetrock where he cut it.)

Great company, great service. Came out last night which was Thanksgiving and got the job done. If I need a plumber I'm calling Diamondback Plumbing.

I had sewer line issues in an older home complicated by a pool that needed worked around. They did an amazing job. They were mindful of my pets, the work was top-notch and the fact that they did it all with courtesy and professionalism means I'll never look for another plumber. Thanks guys.

Jim arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, discovered what the problem was quickly (a "mystery" leak in the bathroom) and explained exactly what needed to be done. He went the extra mile and fixed a door latch that wasn't closing properly as a courtesy. I am very pleased with Accent's services and will call them next time I need a plumber.

What a scam this guy was, said he needed to be paid in cash and would give a discount if I did. My husband was not able to get home to deal with this and this liying Joe guy took me for the ride of my life. Got hundreds out of me and we had to fix the leak anyways. I tried to call 2 bad plumbers back a few times and he would not own up to his work. Said he never serviced my home. I wish I had read these reviews before I used his service. What a CON MAN SCAMMER!

My mom wasn't getting enough hot water to fill a bathtub. Other plumbers were quoting several thousand dollars to install softeners and replace a brand new water heater. Jorge knew to replace worn out shower valve cartridges instead, for well under a thousand. And when a complication again stopped hot water flow, Jesse came out there late on a Sunday night and made things right for no extra charge. These are guys you can rely on to not sell you stuff you don't need, but to get results and stand by them.

I recently had a not so great experience with Wyman Plumbing. I posted a review about my experience on Google. I was instantly contacted by Tamra. Tamra wanted to find out more about my problems. She asked if I would be willing to have Doug the owner come out. I of course was fine with giving the company a second chance.
Doug and Tamra both came out last week for the follow up visit. Doug checked out all my concerns and replaced my RO filters at no charge. Both Tamra and Doug were professional and friendly. I will definitely use Wyman Plumbing again and refer them business.
I always believe in giving second chances to a company that follows up and is interested in making things right.

I recently needed to upgrade my water heater and after reaching out to several companies I opted to use Simba Plumbing because the owner (Stefan) was polite, responsive and came highly recommended. Stefan arrived at my house ahead of schedule and completed the installation promptly while also taking the time to educate me on a few items to ensure I had a good understanding of the water heater that was being installed. Stefan went above and beyond during my scheduled appointment and I plan on using his services for all future plumbing needs.

Bryan did a fantastic job! He is very knowledgeable in everything he does. A very friendly, hard working individual and so glad he was my technician to install my new toilet. Hopefully I can request him for future work. Many thanks to Bryan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Our electrician, Tim, was great. He was professional and kind and took the time to review everything with us in detail so we understood the electrical issues we were facing and why we needed to get it fixed. He was careful with our things and made sure to review all our options with us. We would love to have him back if we have additional electrical needs.

Oscar and his team were awesome. I would and already have recommended them to several people. But hyperbuilt is out there trying rip us little people off. So I fired them.

Called to repair a leak. Never showed. 2 different times scheduled, nothing. Every time I called to get an update, they said they’d call me back. Never did. Always had to call them. Finally got a TEXT MESSAGE saying they couldn’t come out on the scheduled day, and they had so he duped me for the next day. I eventually just gave up and said don’t even bother. No only did it waste my time but it wasted my money as I had to be to work. Do not recommend. Poor professionalism and poor communication.



Edit: Let me clarify any misunderstanding when they say they “attempted to accommodate my schedule”. My appointment was scheduled with a window of 10AM-12PM. I never heard from them before or during that time frame. I called them at 12:03PM to get an update. I was told the serviceman was running behind and that he could be there between 1PM-2PM. I explained to the rep that I had to be to work at 2PM. She said she would attempt to find someone that was available and that she would call me back soon. 1PM came and went. 2PM came and went. And I still hadn’t heard a word from them. Remember, not only did she say she my original serviceman would be there between 1-2 but she also said that she would call me back soon with a new serviceman. I had to call them again at 2:13PM (I already called my job and told them I would be late because I really wanted this done). It was then I was told that my original serviceman was still at the same site from this morning and that there were no other available serviceman to help me. I said ok, that’s fine. No fuss, no screaming, nothing from my end. I hung up and immediately called someone else. At 2:28 PM I received a text message and voicemail at the same time. The text told me that I had been rescheduled for the next day at 8AM-10PM. The voicemail asked me if that time was acceptable. I missed the call because I was obviously getting ready for work and called them as soon as I could. I told them that no, I didn’t want to reschedule and left it at that. The was no need for me to pour salt in the wound and reattempt what had been an already horrible experience. I didn’t end up getting to work that day until 3:30PM because I WAS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE THEM. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Shortly after I posted this original review I received another voicemail (again, couldn’t speak because I was at work) saying they would give me a $59 credit towards my next service if I choose to use them again in the future. Nice gesture, but I declined because once again, why would I put myself in that same predicament when you’ve already shown you lack punctuality. For the record $59 only covers the visit and noting else. If I needed work done, the $59 would’ve been included in the price so in the end, it’s a wash. Again, nice gesture, but no where near enough for me to even consider. To be clear, you only tried to accommodate my schedule after you missed 2 time tables and in the end, I was the one that accommodated your schedule.

The garbage disposal wasn't working so Cody came and put a new one in. I definitely recommend using Arizona Plumbing Services.
