Destry and Brett were extremely professional. I was given an 8am-10am window and they showed up right at 8am. While they weren’t able to fix my broken appliance, they made sure to follow up with me to inform me of the issue. Appreciate them.

Timely Response and Excellent ServiceHave had Hays Cooling, Heating and Plumbing for several years now. Always very polite at front desk and service personnel. Do very nice job servicing my a/c units. Have never had a complaint about their response time and service on a/c units.This company has serviced my old a/c units, and most recent installed two units on my house, Work was excellent and very fast. They continue to provide followup service and periodic maintenance through my contract agreement.

I am not happy at all with Penguin Air & Plumbing. First, I requested a quote on a new a/c and duct work. I was told the job would only take one day. I was prepared to try and work out more than one day. I received a call 3 days later saying they needed to get more measurements. I agreed and when they showed up they were there for most of the day, cutting holes in my ceiling and roof. This was on a Monday and they were to return on Thursday to do all the work. After they left and for the next two days I was having to constantly go out and clean up foam pieces from blowing off my roof putting my dogs at risk. I sent a text but never heard from the original person. I had other plans this day that were affected by them working at my house, which was supposed to just be a few measurements. They came to do the work and were there all day which was expected however, they didn't get the job completed and had to come back the next day. I work and have a life, I should be given correct information up front on how long this was going to take. The guys came back the next day to complete the job. I was then told that if they made an additional cut in my ceiling, which was in the original plans, they didn't include the drywall for that cut, only the others. I was angry and they agreed to cover the drywall. I was then told that they would call to make arrangements to do the drywall work on another day. That was two weeks ago and I have not been called. I am having trouble with this company and I am now nervous about whether I bought a good a/c or was ripped off. I am also getting the feeling they are not planning to complete the work. I do not have a good feeling about this at all.

Robert was very professional, personable, on time and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and knew exactly how to repair it and get it done quickly. I would use him again any time!

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

We had a toilet that kept clogging every couple of weeks. Eddie from Amigo augered the toilet and replaced the fittings inside the toilet. Eddie was friendly and professional.

All of the staff at Lincoln Air are professional and exceedingly helpful. Right from the beginning of the process I felt comfortable doing business with them. They are attentive, courteous and prompt. They went above and beyond what I contracted for and that is a rarity these days. Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

I use Patrick Riley for my Ac service & plumbing because of AC technician Michael Tinner , he is one of the best AC techs in the the PHX area ! My AC is quiet & runs better than ever ! When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. I called Crispy Air to come out and do a tune up on my air conditioner which is going on 10 yrs old now. So Crispy Air sent Nick the Technician out to service it. Nick was really nice and very professional and after checking it out my air conditioner he found it had a part that was going out. So I asked him to replace it for me and he took care of it, but he also went beyond what was necessary to service my air conditioner and I really appreciated that very much. So I am happy it is done and we will continue to have cool air now the rest of the summer which is already the hottest time of the year in AZ.Thank you Nick and Crispy Air!
