The employees are always clean, and friendly. I didn't shop around for a best price just because I've been happy with the work in the past. My only issue was that when I called in the problem ( water heater leaking) I was very specific talking to the dispatcher that I needed a 50 gallon PROPANE water heater. When the tech showed up he only had a natural gas model with him. That meant no hot water that night.

The associates that installed our new air conditioner were professional, friendly, and courteous. Jay took the time to teach me how to program the thermostat and explained some of the key features of the new unit to me.Update 1 year later: Anthony serviced my AC this week and was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job educating me on what needed to be fixed. He even showed me what parts he replaced when he was done. Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
