I want everyone know what a great company Hays is. Aaron spent around 7 hours working on my AC. I don't know if you know what a zone unit is, but I have 4 zones and Aaron was very informed of my set-up. He was very nice and informed me of everything he was doing. I would recommend Hays to everyone that needs a honest company. I will not use anyone else. Thank you.

I was a little skeptical about calling Penguin as the add I saw for a low price AC tune up for only $29.95 seemed a bit too good to be true. I spoke to a very friendly scheduler who assured me that there would be no add on charges and she was able to arrange for a tech to come out the next day.I was impressed when Travis gave a curtesy call to let me know he was about 45 minutes away which was great as I was not left all afternoon wondering when he would arrive.Travis arrived promptly and got to work on my outside unit. I went out and asked him how it was going and he told me my unit had got dusty from the recent dust storms but otherwise was in pretty good shape. Travis seemed very knowledgeable and very professional and was able to give me some good tips on using my AC more efficiently.I was very impressed with his knowledge and most importantly that he did not try to press me to buy services or upgrade my machine. When I get this sort of service that is honest and professional but without pushing or trying to sell me things I might not need I tend to become a customer for life because I have trust in a company that is honest but does not push you to buy unnecessary products or services.I feel happy with the tune up Travis gave to my AC and I will certainly be using Penguin again.Really pleased that I have found a trustworthy company to turn to should I have a problem with my AC in the future and I am going to be using them again for service calls.

I was beyond impressed with promptness and efficiency of the repair work on our AC unit. Technician Binh Tran was very knowledgeable, patient and professional as he explained the issues that needed repair. He also gave options for ensuring value and longevity to our system. This was one of the best repair experiences I’ve had in a while! I will be using their services for all future AC needs.

Working with Goettl has been a first-rate 5-star experience from start to finish. We have been in the area for decades and have used several different companies for plumbing and for HVAC work over the years. Goettl is in a different class altogether.

The job was significant - replacing both the water heater and the HVAC heat pump. The initial visit by Adam was extremely informative and helpful. He reviewed the job, took photos, consulted with his colleagues, and came back with options, explaining the costs and benefits of each one. He never tried to pressure the sale and did not push the most expensive options. His approach built our confidence in the company.

The confidence was borne out in the installation. We needed the job done quickly and they completed it the day after the quote! Amazing. They had what we selected in stock and they sent three crews to get it done. Christian and Chad were there throughout and were very professional.

Amazingly they came back the next day to make sure the job site was immaculate (they had finished after dark) and to review the system with us. The cost was exactly as quoted, the process was very smooth and all six of the crew were professional and true gentlemen.

I do not write reviews very often but this is well deserved. Goettl is setting a new and higher standard for plumbing and heating for Arizona. They are probably not the lowest price but with quality work and equipment they are likely the most economical over time. Plus, you can't put a price on the confidence that comes with working with true professional. It was worth every penny and we will definitely use them again.

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

I’m trying to keep my mom and her own home and not send her to the nursing home like the rest of the family wants to the heating and air worked fine over the summer. The unit is 15 years old. I can’t afford a new unit but Nic was very kind and wonderful to come up and check and make sure my thermostat was correctly put on by me and he fix the wires. He was wonderful. He’s not sure what’s going on with my unit on top of my mom‘s house I don’t really think that any of us can afford a brand new unit so if there’s nothing you can do about the heat I know the air works. I’ll just have to keep her with me in the winter time I guess I don’t know but I love Nic and the service and you guys were great so I wanted to let you know that thank you

A REAL 24hr service HVAC repair company. We had an emergency last year with 3 families visiting in the middle of AZ summer and the A/C went out at 9pm. After calling several other 24hr emergency (I just went down the search list in order) all of which either didn't return my call or said their crew was done for the night and won't be avail until morning [Not what I was expecting to hear from 'BIG NAMES' 24hr emergency HVAC repair companies] JUSTAIR, LLC, answered our need and James, came out within an hour of our call, where so many others failed us (by now it was midnight because I had to wait for those other callback disappointments). The repair took all but 20min and he was our hero. And we've since used them a couple other times including just today, adding an additional 'air intake' to remove hot air that gets trapped in a room and make it more efficient. They are professional, respond in a timely manner, offer great value and I highly recommend using JUSTAIR, LLC for HVAC needs. They are reliable and do quality work.

Veteran owned and operated by Robin and John. Honest and straightforward Business. The technician James was awesome, good attention to details, explained everything well, like what’s good and not so good with the system. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

2nd undate: correct diagnosis of my system as capacitor did indeed quit so wanted to give them credit, update: they reached out to be right away and said would refund my check up amount since I was understanding it was maintenance, very much appreciated ...well I called to get summer maintenance and I wanted it cleaned if asked for maintenance but instead just did check up...so am on budget and thot $65 was cleaning it so I said so cried after they left...the guy was nice enough, do not blame him, but the phone man is who I blame for not making it clear...

Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

This was my first time using ACE Home Service and I must say I received exceptional service! Tyree was an absolute pleasure! He was patient and very professional. I literally didn’t even know where my water heater was. He was very patient while helping me locate it and explained what happened and why it need to be replaced! He then explained what my options were and gave much needed recommendations. He really made the experience effortless!

Extremely thorough service call and very patient with explaining areas of concern needing repairs or replacement. My service tech provided price quotes on items in need of repairs/replacing but did not pressure me in taking immediate action. He also provided timelines for being available to return when needed. Pictures were taken by the service tech and shown to me detailing potential problems. This was especially beneficial since those parts are on the air handlers which are located in the attic. I will definitely contact Howard Air for my future HVAC needs!

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

He was an amazing technician fixed everything that needed to get fixed very things to the scheduling department Kim in the office to have him out here on time, and Rich was an amazing person helped out with every question that I asked, and was very courteous i’ll give him 15 stars out of 5 keep up the good work

I called them up to replace my old AC unit and they were the first to get someone out. They had some guys out a couple days later to replace our ac unit. They left a HUGE mess everywhere. My crawl space access is in my closet and all of my clothes were covered in insulation after they left. There was insulation and other debris all over my floor, carpet, and all over my front yard. There were little scraps of metal all over my yard as well. They left a canopy on the side of my house. They cut the PVC drain line too short so it was just draining all over my roof. They spilled blue PVC glue all over my brand new roof and now there is a huge stain. There were pieces of PVC piping lying around in my backyard along with an empty bottle of PVC glue. They kept having to leave and come back because they forgot things. They were supposed to install a new intake grate as mine is an odd size and is impossible to find filters for and they didn't do that. As soon as it hit 5pm they bolted out the door. After they left I noticed that we weren't getting much air out of our master bedroom AC duct and I told them when scheduling my quality check. I told them it doesn't seem that the ducts were connected there as it was working fine before. When the guy came to do the quality check he had no idea about my complaints, including the new grate and no air coming out of the master bedroom duct. They don't seem to communicate anything. He fixed some of the things mentioned, but when I asked if he could go in the crawl space to see if everything was hooked up in the master he refused saying that he would get stuck. I specifically mentioned this on the phone multiple times and yet they sent someone who couldn't fit in the crawl space. His explanation as to why there wasn't much air is that it isn't running as long as our old one would have. He said to just turn the air down more, at this point we had it set to 75 when we used to have it at 78 and it was still uncomfortably warm in our bedroom. After insisting that was an unacceptable answer he said he would have someone come out and install a new intake in our bedroom. He seemed to think that was the problem, without even looking in the crawl space, but I assumed he knew what he was talking about as this is his job. He said they would take care of it as they ruined my roof. I then get a call from the office saying that they wanted to schedule a time to give a quote for a new intake. I had to explain to him again that there is no way I'm paying after the horrible job they've done so far. Again no communication between employees. The manager came on and said that they will take care of it and assured me that this will solve the airflow problem. So now I have to take another whole day off to sit at home with no AC while they put in a new intake. When the guys showed up to install the intake they drilled a hole in my ceiling then went up in the crawl space only to come right back down to let me know that the duct wasn't even connected. At this point it's been about 3 weeks and this whole time I've been cooling my crawl space instead of my bedroom. They hooked everything up and left. About a week later my AC stopped cooling the house down again so I called them up to take a look at it and the tech that originally came out. I told him everything that happened and he was livid. He had no idea that these guys screwed me over so bad. He went up in my crawl space and then found that the original guys put everything on backwards and that the intake ductwork had collapsed under the weight of another one that they put on top of it. This was the third time someone from Patrick Riley came to my house after the work had been done and this was the first time it was discovered. Now I have to spend a third whole day at home sitting around with no AC while they are up there redoing all of the work that had been done previously. They promised that a manager would call to apologize, but I haven't heard anything.

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.
