Hi Nicky. I couldn't be any happier with Nick and Mark (I think that's his name). You have two great guys there. From the moment they got to my house, he explained what and how everything they were going to do. On Monday he totally eased my mind but telling me that every job he's on, he'll never leave his customers without water for the night. That is such a big deal, Not sure if you know that but it really is.
As big and dirty of a job it was, my yard never looked like a crazy mess. When I got home last night, it didn't look at all like I had any work done. He also called and left me a message as to when he was done along with what I needed to do. I seriously couldn’t be happier. Penguin air got someone here in timely fashion. Once here he was friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and reviewed our options, cost and time of repair. He finished the job in that time span, no hidden costs, exactly what he quoted, and the air conditioner was working again before you knew. An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Had RO system installed

This company was very responsive. The owner is nice and professional, and the people who set appointments are very nice. Their price was reasonable and when they finished the work, they took care to clean up after themselves. I would use this company again.

Please be advised that today Jon Parker and Kevon came to my house to service my water heater and service my plumbing within my house.. Both technicians worked well together and serviced the property. They did find one valve that had seized and fixed the valve quickly and efficiently. I do have a service contract with Goettl and the work was performed without additional cost. I was very happy with the service and would recommend the service and theses men in particular highly.

I have relied on Four Seasons to handle all of my HVAC needs, since basically the founding of the company. From complete new home system design & install to emergency repairs they've always been there for me, my friends, and relatives.Their company has grown, but the level of customer service has never wavered! Troy moody was our plumber from Day and Night, and he did an outstanding job. Our water heater had been having issues and Troy was able to identify the multiple issues and quickly fix them. It was nice to have someone with clear knowledge and experience on the job. Would recommend.

I've used Lincoln Air for my business over the last few years. They have been responsive when we needed them and have been great at keeping us cool. I would definitely recommend them.

Alberto was very respectful and professional, he made sure that my homes pipes we looked at fully by calling a camera. I was able too see for my self how much gunk has built up, and he made an appointment for them to be cleaned. He made a home owners inconvenient moment an easy process to be fixed.

Our heater stopped working and within a couple hours of calling Howard Air, we had a technician on site. Wayne from Howard Air was awesome! It was dark and raining outside and that did not stop Wayne. He was out there for an hour and a half and was able to fix the problem. His perseverance and sence of urgency in repairing my heater solidified my decision in selecting Howard Air. Thank you Wayne for not giving up in the cold dark rain, so my family can be warm.

I’ve obviously heard a lot about this company through the radio. When I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out, I gave them a call. They came a few days later, at the scheduled time. Instead of figuring out my issue first they went right into quoting some other things that I had mentioned I wanted a quote on, rather than to figure out my initial issue and then go in with the quotes. Now I realize that this is completely my fault but my “issue” turned out to be a GFCI outlet that was behind a freezer that I had failed to locate. But the part that’s hard for me is that the electrician STILL charged me 426 dollars even though that was the “issue”. That’s the last time I’ll be calling this company.

Ryan is the man. He is prompt, courteous and thorough. I always feel well protected with him watching over our system. He takes the time to show you exactly what is going on. Prices are reasonable. It is well worth calling. I highly recommend contacting him.

Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs!
