From the first call to having a new water heater installed that day, I was impressed with the business. Once it was determined that the old water heater was shot, they researched the possibility the warranty was still good. (We moved here a year ago and no receipt in the previous owner's file.) Yea for us, partial warranty still good. The charge for labor was not covered, but their charge for labor was reasonable. Job completed and another satisfied customer. Even off the clock Chris aways answers. For instance today he was off and still made me and our business a priority by passes me along to some just as amazing as himself Ron. Ron came out within a few hours provide feedback and options as to the issue and got it done within less than an hour. And to top it off Chris who again is off the clock called to make sure we were taken care of!!
