Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I scheduled an appointment for this company to come out and they said it would be almost two weeks before a technician could be scheduled. I made the appointment and set aside my day for them to come out. Morning of, they call me to tell me the technician is ill and won't be able to make it. Their next best availability is another week from today. This is unacceptable from a time line perspective and unprofessional from a resolution standpoint. You lost my business and any future business I would have given you from my other rental properties.

24 Hr Valleywide Electric LLC did a fantastic job replacing the service panel at my mom's home in Sun City. The original panel was from 1964 and really needed to be brought up to newer code and safety regulations. David coordinated with APS and Maricopa county and the job started on time and finished in the same day. The panel looks and works great. I am very happy with their work. We're very happy with our recent water heater replacement. We had a gas leak from the old water heater and house guests coming the next day; I needed help fast! I called Gabe and he was nearby so he came out to inspect and give an estimate that night, even though it was about 7pm. He made a plan to pick up all the supplies the next morning and get to work bright and early. He gave advise on how to beat take care of the water heater and instructions on how to adjust the settings and whatnot. He was diligent, friendly, and trust worthy. He did a GREAT JOB and we are so happy we reached him that night. I know we would have paid much more with a competitor plumber company. Thank you Gabe! I had John install a Rivian charging station. He added onto work done by another electrician who ran electrical to our garage. The previous electrician left a tremendous amount of drywall shavings and a mess in our garage. These guys cleaned up. It was punched out well. Moreover, I was able to do the whole quote using FaceTime. They completed the installation within 48 hours of first contact. I really feel that they were customer focused and we're extremely responsive. I'm not used to people doing work on my house quickly, cleanly and without any drama. I trust that if there are any issues, John and his crew will fix it.

Very bad experience with the large established company. Call for emergency service on Saturday 6/27 at 10:30am, was promised service, tech did not call until 7pm and asked if service was stilled wanted. It was a need, not a want. Tech did not arrive until 8pm to tell me he could not service us because he ladder broke. I was quoted $383 for a coil clean and recharge and promised Tuesday. No show or call Tuesday. I called to escalate and was told I wasn't on the schedule. They offered to put me on for Thursday and I said that was unacceptable and was promised again Wednesday AM. No show again. Finally received service Wed afternoon that did not fix the problem but cost me $500, more than quoted. Waste of time and money and I still have a broken AC.
