I thought it would be a few days, a week and it needed done that day. I am very appreciative and will definitely recommend this company. I will not hesitate to use them again. The technician, Jair was very professional and right on it.

Justin and Sam were very professional, on time, let us know when they would arrive and solved our problems quickly and efficiently. They showed us every thing that they did and explained the process. We no longer need to look for another company for our A/C needs.

It’s unfortunate that Goettl cannot keep good employees and has a large turnover. Those that are sent out are clearly not totally capable of doing the full job. Plus, since they are sales driven, and not interested in service, twice they sold us something we didn’t need and didn’t properly explain how to use it. And then, even though we had a guarantee. They wouldn’t honor it. Be careful of this company.

Had Tim out for annual check up. Prompt and professional. Called prior to arriving to give me an eta. Had an issue with low refrigerant. Tim explained my options and between us came up with a viable decision. Thought price was fair and reasonable.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Mark and Amy have been lifesavers in our Arizona heat! My family has been a client for over ten years and we recently bought a brand new, energy efficient unit from them. A and M provides outstanding service with exceptional technical expertise and product knowledge. Perhaps the best things I can say about them is that being a busy professional, a) I receive prompt attention to any correspondence, b) appointments are on time, and c) I feel comfortable with having A and M in my home even if I am not. A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. Perfect amount of communication from initial customer service person, scheduler, and Tomas, our service tech. Also, very quick availability even though we weren't experiencing an emergency. Tomas was great, he explained what he was seeing in the moment, and was very fair in terms of pricing when he didn't find anything worth a major repair. We will definitely be using Day & Night for all of our service needs in the future.Update: Have had Day & Night out a handful of times now, and what I said after the first time ^ has been consistent every time they're here. Junior was great on this visit!

We needed a new AC but they replaced all the parts and now it's running like new! King Mechanical, LLC was quick to help us with our needs. They also installed a new thermostat and it didn't take long at all. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, on time, inexpensive and fast!!!

We had an amazing experience working with AZ Perfect Comfort to repair our air handling unit!

Our air handling unit went down on a Thursday night in the middle of a heat wave. I called AZ Perfect Comfort at 7am on Friday and they we able to get a repair person onsite by 8:30am.

Matt was extremely professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I have some experience with motor repairs and he talked me through the issue and his recommended repair with no b.s. He had out unit back up and running by 9:30am.
