Gabe responded quickly to my call. He came out to check my electrical to my water heater that was installed by another company, which was defected. The tech did the inspection of the 2 AC units and explained to me what parts needs to be replaced.

Had one of those tune ups. Spoke with the tech about going into the attic and inspecting the air handler. Informed him that I had the doors and seams sealed with aluminum tape because they leaked air. Asked him to please reseal as the dust from the attic gets sucked into the air box and comes out the vents.A few months later I noticed a dust build-up on the ceiling vents. Went up into the attic and found he cut the tape and never resealed the air box. Another useless home depot contractor.

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.
