Matt from A.P.E.S arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns, did what he had to do and ensured he left my bathroom clean and the way it was. The office staff who assisted with scheduling my appointment and follow up were also great. I love their communication system including texting appointment confirmation and letting me know who was showing up at my door with a photo. I highly recommend them.

I can not recommended Hays cooling&heating. The company sent out installers who did not know what they were doing.we had a gas leak for 5 hours.they put our dog and family in harms way.please please double check to make sure that you stand there and watch them.the company didn't feel the need to compensate us for the pain they put our family in.oh wait a minute did want to pay for a meal out. The gas leak was also tough on our puppy. So think twice before calling them. I would like to thank hays company for offering to make up for the gas leak that they caused.chris thank you.

I haven't been routine on servicing my A/C. My technician Joe was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He also shared some recommendations on air filters and how to clean my A/C units between servicing. I was very happy overall with my service and will use them again!

Nacho and Andrew were super heroes! Extremely professional and friendly, they saved the day by installing our new water heater same day when the old one kicked the bucket this morning. Would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who has water heater needs. They also went above and beyond by installing a plank board barrier under the water trap and cleared out mold and debris from the foundation ledge. Myself and my family couldn’t be more grateful for their service.

Brandon was very thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. He even shared pictures and videos of things that could be potentially hazardous if I don’t get repaired. I appreciated all of his time and knowledge.I will be using this company again!

I sold my house and had to have an home inspection. The inspector noted that I needed 3 screws in to secure the flue pipe in place. A friend of mine recommended me to call A&M. Talked to Amy, she was very helpful and pleasant. She stated that the screws are not recommended for these types of pipes. After A&M did the required preventative maintenance on my HVAC units, Amy went above and beyond and called the flue pipe manufacturer and distributor, the City inspector, an experienced home inspector, as well as combing thru code books and found nothing to support the home inspectors requirement for screws. She even called my home inspector. She sent me the code language for interlocking B vents and it did state that one should not use screws. I will definitely use A&M again.

I have used this company many times. You can’t go wrong with this company. They are always on time and completely honest. The work never has to be re done. I went through countless HVAC companies before finding them and I won’t go back. Val was the last tech at my home and he was on time, professional and very honest.

Sun Devil has been incredibly accommodating in fixing an issue with my HVAC unit. They came out the same day I requested service, and they honored the one year grace period after installation. We have used and recommended SG Mechanical for years. Today, when we woke up to a warm house and temps were expected over 100 degrees with one call SG was at our house by early afternoon. Andy quickly assessed and repaired our system. Andy and all his team are very friendly and professional. If you have HVAC issues or just need regular maintenance give SG a call!

called in because my ac is blowing warm air, started giving them my info to set an appointment for the same day since I can't have my family in a house that is 93 degrees. Customer rep asked if I had a second AC unit working I said yes and right away she stated that she was unable to help me with same day service because I had a second ac unit but could set an appointment 5 days out. If she would of waited until I finished explaining she would of known that the second AC is a small unit in my garage. Don't know how me having a second unit affects my service call or why it would change the date. Is it Day and Night only if you have one unit? are you techs only able to work with single units? I would recommend not answering the phones if you don't want business on the weekends.Penguin air came out and handle the issue not once was I asked if I had a second unit. Just find it weird and would never use or recommend this company
