Freddy was very knowlegable, helpful and explained in detail that my heating and cooling system was old and would probably not last much longer. i, at that point thought it best to replace it with a new energy efficient system,. It was promptly installed the next morning and i thank Freddy for his help in my decision making.

This company did everything that I hired them to do. On time, very professional & very nice. They had the best and honest service I have ever had regarding any company I have ever hired. Just really impressed especially with the work they did.

I called Hay's as my A/C was broken and they came right away. Sam the technician spent a few hours trying to figure out that problem and made sure the problem was fixed. I had another company come the day before who gave up in a few minutes and then said they would come back the next day. Hay's made sure to find the root of the problem and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Hay's.

You call the office for an appointment they send you to Kevin who is the project manager. They set an appointment and do not show. When I called the office they had no idea who I was they had nothing in their system nothing on my address and stated that they contacted everyone and no one has me on their list. So I called up the number that I have the contact With and his name was Kevin he stated he was the project manager and that he would be there the next day because he forgot that they had an appointment. Well the next day came and I called the office and no one of course New about an appointment and when I called Kevin he was not available and his Phone just went To voicemail very on organized. Seems like they’re trying to run from a lawsuit by being shady.

My heat was not working and they have come out twice and it still doesn’t work. I’m now having to call again to request my heat be fixed correctly. This is unacceptable! I’m very disappointed in the service I’ve received.

My downstairs bathroom sink required a completely new piping. When something valuable dropped down the drain, my boyfriend disassembled it but was unable to reassemble it. The entire structure was deteriorating and ancient. I dialled his number ( the very 1st plumber I found and read reviews about). I had a 9-11am appointment, but they arrived BEFORE the allotted time, which was fantastic. The components arrived quickly and were installed the same day! Very courteous, and considerate of my house. Wearing masks and protective footwear! The pricing was also reasonable. I would highly suggest them and would absolutely use them again if I need another plumbing work.
