Scott and a helper (name escapes me) were on our roof a short time, but obviously knew what they were doing. It was just a heart beat or two and I could feel the warm air coming into my office. It was free of outside smells and appeared to be working properly. The two men came inside again and spent time at the thermostat. All was good and I appreciated Scott slipping on covers over his shoes. The helper remained on the rug at the door. Both are appreciated with my smile.

After hearing the original charge, a discussion was created with all participating and we received a senior discount and perhaps a LONG TIME CUSTOMER recognition. It was quite pleasant to save some money. Jack and I found Scott informative with what he did and he answered each question with confidence and even used his phone as a double checking device.

It is with confidence that we will recommend Hobaica to friends and neighbors and mention Scott K.'s name. We have been a customer of Hobaica back when the office was located on 27th Avenue just north of Glendale Avenue. Would not even attempt to have someone else come in.

Both Steven and Daniel, the trainee, were very courteous. Their professionalism was impeccable. Their manners and willingness to listen to me with my minor concern displayed the type of service men they are and will be. I found it interesting to watch Steven as he explained things to Daniel. He did it quietly and with respect for both Daniel and me. They were here to check the A/C and did so explaining the dust issue and how clean it up and what I could do in the future. They installed some screws to take care of the rattle of a panel that vibrated. I have heard that noise, but had not mentioned it to them. I sincerely appreciate them respecting my request regarding my dog and not handing me anything. The dog is a dear family pet, but you never know when someone new comes into the home what the reaction might be. It was obvious that these two gentlemen were just that gentlemen and certainly not a threat to me. I have recommended Hobaica to neighbors and friends when asked. It just so happens that one of those recommendations recently chose Hobaica to replace a unit on a backyard office/guest house. The conversation turned to the plumbing services Hobaica offers and I shared about how long the water takes to get hot when turned on in the shower or kitchen. Steven explained about a device can be placed on the farthest faucet that recirculates the water and I would have hot water in a flash. This is something I will be discussing soon. I will not hesitate to recommend Hobaica for A/C services and due to the high quality of service provided, I would recommend a friend investigate their other services. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, capable and responsive. The repair work was scheduled quickly and completed efficiently. They are all about getting the job done.

Our air conditioning went out a few days ago. We have two units that are 24 years old. My husband and I called Desert Diamond today expecting to be told it was time to upgrade our HVAC.
Ryan showed up within an hour of my first call. I explained to him the problems we were having with one of the units and how the fan would not kick on.
He came back in and showed us our capacitor (it was ballooned out) and also explained that a fuse might have been blown since the fan didn’t kick on (it was). He replaced both and our air is up and running!
He had taken his time explaining what caused the unit to fail and what we could expect with our current units. He did advise us that we are on borrowed time (which we knew). However he did buy us more time to prepare!
We appreciated Ryan’s thorough explanation and have every intention calling Desert Diamond when it is time to upgrade our units. I will recommend them to my family and friends!

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

They were incredibly fast and able to replace our broken HVAC system in between our guests’ stays. They were great at communicating with us quickly and with care. Their warranty is also excellent. They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best overall package of service and warranty. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a no brainer. Plus they handled the rebate paperwork.
