Had a leaky solar/electric hot water heater. Contacted Patrick Riley and Bo was dispatched. He showed up on time and called prior to arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and started to work on the replacement immediately. He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

Ian was on time, courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable regarding his profession and product. Ian took the time to explain everything in detail in a manner that one could easily comprehend. No time was wasted. He analyzed the situation quickly and gave me an estimate. First of all my service person smelled of cigarettes! That is the last thing I want in my home. The estimate that Penguin air and electric gave me for a two outside light bulb changes from a high spot was $285. Then to add a outdoor light was close to $500. Really that is bs. Then they checked fire alarms and circuits and telling me I am not up to code. Ok thanks I doDisagree since you wanted to charge me $800 to switch out a circuit or two. Then I wasn’t on their plan so I was paying 20% hire than a member. This was BS. I rather wait for an independent electrician that give my money to Penguin

I found out that my heater started to leak on Saturday May 2, 2015. I called Fidelity, the warranty company and around 1pm Don, the technician, showed up with the new heater and started the work to replace. Very professional and I would recommend the company to my friends. We are very happy now with new heater. Thank you!

Gary Garcia carefully inspected the entire system. He cleaned the filthy coils. He suggested an air scrubber and surge protector - which we opted for. Gary spent extra time familiarizing us with the features of our system. It was great to visit with a knowledgeable, enthusiastic HVAC Expert.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

I HAD A LEAKING FAUCET IN A BATH TUB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, SPENT AN HOUR ANALIZING THE PROBLEM AND QOUTED A NEAT $1750.00 UTILIZING A VALVE I HAD PURCHASED. I PAID HIS $59.00 TRIP FEE AND SAID NO WAY.I CALLED ANOTHER SMALL SHOP, HE ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW HOURS, USED HIS OWN VALVE AND AFTER AN HOUR GAVE ME A BILL FOR HIS ESTIMATE OF $175.OO. I RETURNED THE UNUSED VALVE FOR $99.00. TOTAL COST $76.00!!!!
