After spending 10 days without A/C and getting the run around I contacted Penguin and talked with Amanda. She calmed me down and got me scheduled for the next day. On 10/8/22 Donovan serviced my A/C. He did a great job. He took a video of everything and explained things, which I very much appreciated. He was on time, patient, polite and friendly. Obviously very knowledgeable and a great representative for Hobacia. I give Donovan a 5 star rating.

Yesterday Aundre performed our semi-annual heating/air conditioning maintenance. He was prompt, very professional, and fixed a vibration in my attic that had been causing some noise. I hope he will be our technician in 6 months.

This is an excellent company to work with. Tells you honestly what work needs to be done and doesn't try to sell you an entire AC system when all you need is a repair. Great advice. Was ontime and took care in doing his job. Too many AC repair guys today are commissioned sales people. They only want to sell you everything new. It is getting harder to find the people who will do the repair instead of replacing everything. This is a company who will do repairs and also do replacements if that is what you need and want. Would recommend to others.

Not complete yet. Came out on Sat. July 4th. And rigged my AC so that it worked with fan running 24/7 (thank God). Waiting for Ray to get a circuit board on Monday.

The Indoor Air Quality team rocked it. They were polite, professional and thorough. They taped off and covered up my furniture, then went to town on cleaning 26 years worth of dust and grime from my ducts. While doing so, the discovered two home made destructor plates that had been installed in the vents by a previous owner. I asked them to remove them and now believe that could have been the source of my heating and cooling problems. If so, then the service will have paid for itself in terms of lower electric and gas bills over the next year.

I am sure that there are several highly reputable heating and cooling companies in the valley, but most will certainly let you know how great they are with their pricing. I had to replace (2) 2.5 ton units and remove an evap, so I reached out to five different companies...and received five widely varied prices.

From the start, Sun Devil's Superintendent (Joe V.) was outstanding - he started out understanding that my house is not in the heart of PV and I most likely don't want a 90SEER, gold-plated unit that will make me breakfast every morning. He started out with a more than reasonable price and barely moved once he got onsite and had a fuller picture of the job. It certainly didn't hurt that he was less than any another valley company for the exact same units and service without ever having to negotiate.

Two days later, I have two new Trane units, my house is freezing cold (I should probably adjust the thermostats) and everything runs perfectly. He was even totally cool with the fact that some yahoo wired my panel wrong and he almost got electrocuted - that's no joke, seriously, make sure your electrician knows how to label wires. Sorry again, Joe!

I have read other reviews about having issues after the fact or having installation problems - I can't really speak to any of those concerns, perhaps there were other forces at play. What I can say is that I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Sun Devil and Joe V. and will absolutely promote them any chance that I get.

A very honest company and do Great work

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.

I have worked with them for several years now. Everyone is very professional, from the office staff to the technicians. Rene, Jose, and Ivan have all worked on the HVAC systems at my rental units and they were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Day and Night Air.

I researched replacing our HVAC systems (upper and lower floor) for weeks. Eric Johnson at Scottsdale Air was not only the most knowledgeable sales person out of four different companies, but the most patient with my many questions. He helped me work through the decision process, even responding while on vacation. Ultimately, Eric gained my trust, gave me a great deal and we decided to move forward, selecting the Trane variable speed systems for both floors.

On installation day, the team showed up promptly, covered and protected all of the work areas and spent the day working into early evening to insure everything was working perfectly.

Since then, the word I would use to describe how we feel about our new HVAC systems and Scottsdale Air is 'delighted.' These systems are super quiet (compared to the old Goodman systems we had before) to the point where sometimes I have to look at the digital controls to even see that they are running. Further, we have noticed a much more 'even' feel to the temperatures in our home, not cycling between cool and warm but just staying consistently where it's set.

I can't say enough positive about Eric Johnson, the installation team and Scottsdale Air overall. Do not hesitate to let them repair or replace your HVAC. I'd give them six stars if I could!

I had them install 2 new systems at my home and I couldn't have been more happy. They were absolutely amazing. No complaints whatsoever. They wore little bootys to protect our home and left it immaculate. The worked great with us having the dog in the home and were very trustworthy, honest, and on time.

Benefit Air is my go-to AC crew. Our 25+ year old unit died during monsoon season and they were quick to come out, provide a quote, give their expert opinion AND provide us with a brand new unit in under a week during their peak season.

Of course, the salesman was nice (duh, you won't sell many units if you're mean). But, the true test of the company is their installation/repair crew. Each technician I have met has been extremely knowledgeable (I ask a lot of questions), friendly, and seems to genuinely care about what they're doing.

I highly recommend and will continue working with Benefit for my AC needs!
