Anthony Mata with A.P.E.S. was great as he came by our home this afternoon to repair a leak in our hall bathroom toilet. We have used Donley for many years and have total confidence in the company. This week Matt, the technician, came out to do spring maintenance on our air conditioning unit. We were so impressed with this young man. He was very personable, professional, and acknowledgeable. After he completed the inspection, he sat down with us and explained in great detail what he had done and what he had discovered. Our 21 year old unit/system had several major issues that he thoroughly described along with photos he had taken. He then presented us with several options. In the end, we determined that the wisest course of action was to totally replace the old system with new equipment. A week from now, Donley will be back, and we have total confidence that the equipement will be properly installed. Honestly, we would not want any other company in the valley to do the work.

I've been in my house for approximately 16 months and have had two service visits; one as a result of my A/C unit being struck by lightening and most recently for my first annual maintenance. Both times, the service technicians were polite, professional and (from best I can tell) very thorough in their work. I called on a Saturday morning and a technician (Jose) was out same day----no extra fee for a weekend visit! Jose was thorough and detail oriented. He took many pictures so we could see the issues and explained everything in detail to make sure we understood. He was so professional and very customer focused as is everyone I have dealt with at Day & Night. The price for the work was more than fair....not once have I felt like I was being 'taken for a ride' with this company. Do not hesitate to use this company!!Update from December of 2020: Day & Night remains a top notch company to do business with! Tomas the technician came by today for an inspection of our HVAC unit. He was so thorough, explained everything he did, and went above and beyond to fix an issue with the filter door/frame that had been an ongoing annoyance for some time. AMAZING customer service from the team in the office to the technician!!Update from March of 2021: I do not know where to start. Day & Night deserves not just 5 stars but 10 stars! It started with a leak under the slab of our house--yikes! We were very lucky that Franz the plumber was dispatched to handle the issue---he is PHENOMENAL! To fix the leak, he had to run a new line up through the attic and although it was a hot, dirty job, he remained his cheerful self. So impressed with his knowledge, skill, and advice, we decided to ask Franz to help us with some other projects: a new water heater, a new tub/shower enclosure with new fixture, a new toilet, a new faucet, and a few other things. He offered his opinion on different brands we should purchase for the projects and which brands to stay away from----he was an invaluable resource! His attention to detail, honesty, and work ethic is impressive. But there are other folks at Day & Night that need to be recognized. Levi was the 'plumber's helper' on the day of the tub/shower enclosure install-----he is actually an HVAC technician but joined Franz that day to help. He is polite (from the South and called me ma'am!) and very professional----they made a good team. Myke, the Plumbing Manager, also deserves kudos. He pitched in to help Franz when the new line had to be run through the attic. He also managed to find the exact tub/shower enclosure that I wanted which was no small feat as they were in short supply at the time due to Covid-19. Then there is Shantel (please forgive if I spelled that wrong!). She is SUCH A PLEASURE to work with! She was my point of contact in the office and was so patient with me as I had a lot of questions and needed help coordinating Franz's schedule with that of the drywallers. She put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands because she is responsive and always kept me updated. So, as you can see, I had another superb experience with Day & Night---I am a customer for life! Thank you to the team! :)

Javier came out on Sunday. One of the A/C units in our split system went paws up. He went over all of our options for repair vs. replacement. He provided alternatives, we selected replacement. This was over the July 4th weekend. Installation was set for Thursday the 7th. So we were somewhat comfortable he came back with a portable A/C unit to fill the gap between the replacement unit. .

Great service. I would highly recommend them, because they give us a extreme service & take reasonable prices. They're really good person. Thank you again!
