Hi Nicky. I couldn't be any happier with Nick and Mark (I think that's his name). You have two great guys there. From the moment they got to my house, he explained what and how everything they were going to do. On Monday he totally eased my mind but telling me that every job he's on, he'll never leave his customers without water for the night. That is such a big deal, Not sure if you know that but it really is.
As big and dirty of a job it was, my yard never looked like a crazy mess. When I got home last night, it didn't look at all like I had any work done. He also called and left me a message as to when he was done along with what I needed to do. I seriously couldn’t be happier. Thank you soo much and I will be passing on your company information to anyone who needs a recommendation.

Designated technician,ZED was quite friendly and (appeared) knowledgable and reasonable(considering my particular circumstances)...Gave me bad news about my system issue(s) but i already expected it,since damn thing is now INOP,,but not FUBAR as many inexperienced NEWBIES would state due to age of the unit..I have signed up for their maintenance plan as it has beneficial services for the LONG term survivability and operation of the system. Up to this review,,so far so (very) good. 23may2022 I hope they are reliable and honest...Will update soon,also.

I wish i would have purchased my AC unit through Donley. Donley was recommended to me by our moblie home park manager. I love Donley now because their technician and manager and secretary have provided me with incredible customer service and support and I am not even their customer. Lol.... Before I knew donley even existed, last week, i purchased a new AC unit through a different company and i have regretted it. I only had the ac unit a week and my living room was over 100 degrees and my original company said it was not thier units fault but the insulation in my home was the problem and they could not help me. But that was not accurate. So I contacted Donley and Donley could see that I was having a hard time with my original company, so Donley stepped up to help me to know what I should do in my circumstance because my original company was denying me the help I needed even though it was over 100 degrees in my home this week and my AC unit didn't have proper refridgerant. Thank God Donley backed me up. It motivated my company to actually take responsibility of the problem and care of thier own customer.... finally after this week of 100 degree weather in my living room finally my original company filled the refrigerant in their unit. I don't like my original company.......... I should have chosen Donley. :) I definitely recommend Donley because they are true experts...it took Donly technician only 10 minutes to find the problem on the unit. It took my original company over a week to find the same exact issue and attacking my homes insulation when it was really just their AC unit problem with the low refrigerant. Donley technician knew it was a refrigerant problem right away which proves theyare the better company... I wish I would have chose them first. Donleys level of expertise and experience makes them quality....and yes super customer service....and Donely is not even my company. Wish they were. Well for next time at least. This is not a service it is a sales pitch! Tech came out for a tune-up service went outside for 5 minutes and came back in to tell me I needed to replace both units because they were sooooo bad. Literally tried to tell me if I turned them on they would explode in my attic, even though he had turned them on and they were still running. Told me my coils are leaking, but never looked at the coils. He couldn't do the inspection or tune-up because the units are too old, but charged me full price for both units. He then proceeded to go back to his vehicle and spent 20 minutes writing up quotes for replacements. He spent more time on the quotes then he did looking at my units. He even had to come back in to ask me where the coils were, you know the ones that he claimed were leaking. I was told they would email the invoice with a list of what is wrong with my units. The emails was just a receipt for the tune-up and three attachments of quotes.

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
