This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

The technician Javier Cruz came out to my mom and stepdad‘s house the other day. We were so impressed with this guy he perform services on our system other technicians say they’ve done but looks like he went above and beyond to go ahead and do it better. Every step of the way he was explaining to my stepfather what he was doing and why he was doing we’ve had doubts about ace home services but this technician cleared that up for us. From getting off the truck looking so professional and handsome this is what an AC technician should look like. We were very spoiled having him out because I highly doubt there will be another technician like him from now on my stepdad has said he’s going to request Javier Cruz out every time we have our maintenance visits.

Miguel delivered quality service and over delivered! Arrived early and found the part for the motor late Friday. He went to pick it up and came back and bam! AC on and cooling by 7pm. Thanks again Howard Air!

Ryan and his team are lifesavers! Our unit very unexpectedly went out and Ryan worked his magic to not only get us a upgraded unit at a good price but his team quickly and professionally got it installed and running unbelievably fast. Update: After about a week and half the same thing is still happening. A short somewhere in the system and the A/C won't turn on, yet they charged me over $400 to fix the short last time. Absolutely unaccepable!Matt D. Came out to fix my A/C that would not turn on. This happened before and other techs came out and fixed it. But after the other techs were done the problem came back. It turned out to be a short on the condenser wire that Matt D. was able to track down after going through everything and making sure there wasn't a short somewhere else as well. But Matt came out and actually did work to find the actual problem and fixed it. He even showed up at about 9:15am when they told me they couldn't be out until 12-4pm. So way early as well! Patrick Riley has got a great tech with Matt D.

The technician was nice and caring. He broke down Hvac knowledge, so I could better understand my issues.
