I recently chose this company because of the very positive reviews and even checked out their BBB A+ standing. I was very impressed by Alex in particular and his level of professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. He answered all of my many questions and did a great job hydrojetting my sewer line. The ability of the company to get me on the schedule quickly and the price were also great. Thank you kindly Moon Valley Plumbing. Called them during Christmas holidays to clear a backed up sink drain. They were there is 25 minutes. Have recently used them to replace bathroom fixtures and a hot water heater. Professional, knowledgeable, GREAT customer service and reasonable pricing.

I believe integrity speaks multitudes and look no further, a company is only as good as it's leader. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are affordable and get the job done with proficiency.

I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

A very honest and forth coming. Their tech guy Sean reviewed the plumbing after a tenant stated that there was leaking from there. He removed the drywall underneath the sink then a joining wall to that side of the kitchen. Turns out I have a roof leak that's been dripping water onto the dry wall so much so that there is mold and the moisture is leaking now *odd i know* but he checked the pipes and didn't find a leak and that was that. I paid $129 for the service fee but let me tell you, the first company that went out was up and ready to start placing cameras into the drain pipes and do a full diagnosis and charge $1,200!!

I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.
