Best Replace Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

I just wanted to share that I had Ryan at my property a couple days ago to help me with a broken A/C unit and he did a fantastic job. He had an appointment shift on him which made him available to visit my property earlier than expected, which was great, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me some preventative maintenance tips and was on his way. I hope all of my A/C repairs go as smoothly as they did with Ryan!

Connor came out on a Sunday and fixed my broken garbage disposal and a mystery leak under the sink. He was awesome and got everything fixed. I would totally use Goettl again, and wish I could reserve Connor for coming out again - he is the bomb dot com!!!

He made it out first thing this morning and he had our air blowing cold in 10 minutes. Thank you soo much! Our son’s smile was the best thing to see. So thankful and relieved!! This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. Scottsdale Air is an excellent HVAC supplier and is just as good at maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. I have worked with them on several occasions within the past year, and they have always been totally great to work with! They just installed a new heat pump on my roof and the total time to complete the work was less than four hours which included disconnecting and removing the existing unit! They have also done repairs for me, and I have a annual service agreement with them. Great service and also great people to work with. I have owned homes in 5 different states and thus worked with HVAC people all over the country, and there is no question they are the best I have encountered!

And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. Javier Cruz came to my house showed me what’s in my attic or showed me what was not in my attic and recommended we do insulation immediately to help save with my energy consumption. This handsome young man gave me a great deal and my home now stays warmer for a longer amount of time.Demond and Diego came out to install my insulation those two for a class act and would recommend them to anybody. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, but they also showed me before and after photos.

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.
