When my ac went out in the middle of the night, in the middle of July, 1st Choice Mechanical was able to fit me into their schedule the very next day, even though they were already slammed with many other jobs! Everyone I talked to at 1st Choice was incredibly friendly! The technician was a true professional and was very respectful of the property! He diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Ten minutes after the technician arrived, my ac was blowing cold air! It doesn't get any better than that!

Andy was very friendly! I was happy to have him as a service person in our home. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure we understood our options and the implications of each repair. Chris and his guys really know what there doing. We had them replace 2 split A/C units outside and the attic. Everything went smooth and on time, great job.

My water heater has some rust on it and I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The ACE guy came out and had the tank fixed in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed. He explained why that tank had rust and helped me understand that my water heater was not at risk and by replacing the tank with the rust I probably prolonged the life of my water heater. So I’m a happy camper.

My AC went out and needed replacing. They came out the next day after we called them and installed a new one. Super fast, super professional, and super friendly. 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks!!

Greg was knowledgeable and properly trained to handle all if my plumbing needs and I have called them again for a different....same results, a job done in a professional manner.

The whole experience was great from estimate to install ,Tim and his crew were excellent ! The communication was excellent I was kept informed every step of the way . When Tim found out the unit I originally chose was not readily available and with Hot weather approaching he found a comparable unit . B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!
