Best Repair Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

Nixa was a BADASS. She deserves all the freaking bonuses. I have Dysautonomia, im heat intollerant. So i really got scared that my AC wasnt working. Nixa came out and fixed everything in less than an hour.

I told the operator i had some health concerns, Nixa came prepared with a mask before entering my home. Which was so appreciated. She was kind, relatable and extremely professional.

If i wasnt broke i would have signed up for the membership, but alas the repair cleaned out my savings.

TL/DR Nixa is awesome.

I called Expert HVAC and spoke to Gabe the owner and in just a few hours Rick arrived. He serviced, repaired and cleaned the unit. This is the first time I’ve used Expert HVAC & can’t be happier- have cold air again.

Promise heating & air really came to the rescue today. The tech (Moises) that came out was really helpful and nice. He really made sure that I my day turned around. He is amazing! Thank you promise heating & air and Moises.

They were great! Showed up during the window they said, changed one part which was kinda pricey but reasonable because that same capacitor went out in the past. And took pictures of everything. Better to pay for one part than a 15k dollar new system here in AZ.

Had to call these guys again. My front yard was flooding by a ruptured line. Mark and Abel came out and quickly found the source. Not only that, but after they explained they aren’t permitted to work on the rupture because it was not plumbing but rather irrigation, they still explained everything thoroughly and what I should do next. Shout out to Mark and Abel, very knowledgeable, professional, and overall good guys!

Brett did a job well done on a routine service. Friendly, on time, thorough and explained some options for our overly chlorinated water!

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. I’ve spent more time with the pizza delivery guy than I did with Alex which is nuts. Thanks for the incredible service, I’ll definitely use you guys again.

We've had a business relationship with A&M Mechanical for 6 years and have done unit rebuilds, line sealings, new unit installations, and yearly check ups for our personal units and our rental properties, and have nothing but positive and professional service and expertise.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time.
