Hays is the best!We purchased a new home that, unfortunately, had many problems with the original HVAC installation. Hays has been fantastic about finding and fixing problems with this system so it will work perfectly in the future. Their technician, Dayton, found a leak in my coolant line today that would have likely resulted in a major problem (like the AC going out on a hot summer day). Dayton is clearly an expert, like all the Hays techs, and it gives us peace of mind knowing they are looking after our HVAC system. Thanks, Hays!!!

Nathan & JD (Jason) were awesome! They spent the time to truly diagnose problems, explain in detail the issues & estimated price before beginning the repair. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I had an amazing experience with Promise Heating & Air. Had other companies come & they never figured out the problem until i called this company. I am very satisfied with their work & i extremely recommend this company.

Our AC went out and two other companies I had come out said we needed to replace the entire unit for thousands of dollars. Aaron was so kind and figured out a way to get our system working again for a much better price AND said if we end up needing to replace down the road we could put that repair cost toward a new system with them.
