Called a few places and wasn't happy with the service over the phone until I got a hold of Hays. Mike came out and was awesome. He was knowledgeable and explained the system to me very well. He took care of the issue and was professional the entire time. Between the person on the phone and Mike, I am a customer any time I need someone for my Heating and Cooling system.

Did a awesome job responding to our breakdown by tracking down the blower motor for our older unit. Worked diligently to get it installed and was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Penguin to our family and friends. Thank you Nathan and Jason for taking care of us!

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Tim was very professional in the service of our A/C system. Unlike other businesses who blamed the age of the unit for its poor performance, he was able to locate the actual cause for the loss of AC, fixed it and brought our unit back to a reasonable performance.

A&M Mechanical provide a very comprehensive service. They do high quality work, are very responsive and very competitively priced. I have worked with them for several years and highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs!

2 vents were replaced without switches (and without my knowledge, too). The walls were recently painted and the man pulled the old vent out and it also peeled out the paint. He did not communicate with me about what happened. Dishonesty, over priced and poor quality of work.
