We had the Response Crew out to our home twice once for removing the kitchen appliances and then re-installing them for our kitchen remodel. Both times they were very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The remodel was not perfect but they were able to figure out a away to install the dishwasher that was a bit rough due to the remodel not being straight causing a tight fix fort eh dishwasher. We will be using them moving forward for all our future projects.

Steve was back again and very professional. He fixed a broken lock on my sliding door in about an hour. Thankful for this business!!

I hired Daniel to paint the interior of my home - walls, baseboards, doors, and door frames. He and Dorel did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Both are professional, detail oriented, and demand perfection. I'm thrilled with the result!

After looking for a good value, great quality service we settled on using them for our baseboards first and we were so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail that we decided to use them for our cabinets as well. We are so happy we did. The owner is very responsive and is committed to giving you a great level of service and product. Our friends and family are still amazed at the level of quality for the price. We are debating on redoing our bathrooms and we are trying to work out timing but when we do we will be using them for our vanities and shelves.

Refacing is a real cost saver for kitchen remodeling our biggest concern was quality of the product and follow through by the contractor. The Matthew’s took care of that concern. The quality of the product we selected is great and the install, with exception of a few necessary corrections was seamless. All said and done KTU left us with beautiful new kitchen and Baths. We recommend this the concept and Kitchen Tune Up to anyone looking to update their kitchen and baths.
