Best Repair Services in Phoenix AZ

I would think twice before hiring trueview to replace windows. They installed new windows and within mere minutes after they installed, the glass broke on one of our windows. They did not clean the stickers off the windows, left off screws and it was up to us to keep calling and find out when the replacement glass would arrive. Everyone my husband spoke to mentioned they handled what they needed to within their department. I think he spoke with four people at least. No one would call him back. Four weeks later, the installers show up to replace the dual pane glass, and we find out they needed to come inside and we needed to take down our blinds. Both our salesperson and the installers said there’s no need for them to come inside due to the glass being broken from the exterior. The blinds need a professional to be taken down. We now need to pay to have blinds removed, and they would come back to install the glass. We call the office and they are 7 days out before they can come back. I tried to call our sales person, voicemail is full. I left a voicemail with the manager of the company.
Poor customer service!
I believe the company is too large and too many departments.

I spoke with both John and Kevin and their customer service is great, very professional and well represented. They were able to fit in an emergency window replacement very last minute late in the evening. Someone arrive on site in a timely manner and the work was completed within an hour. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Duarte Glass is next level when it comes to professionalism. I needed a window repaired ASAP due to an unforeseen incident. Second Update: The same day as my last update I received a call from DreamStyle letting me know they had my hand towel rack. They were just waiting because they didn't have the warranty replacement for the wand cradle in stock yet. I let them know I preferred to get my job completed and could wait for the warranty part since that is cosmetic anyway. We agreed on installation for the following Wednesday (today). The same technician came out as last time, he did a good job and was in and out of here quickly. So I am again bumping my rating up.This will likely be my last update unless the warranty replacement takes more than an additional month since it has already been that long. My overall impression is that DreamStyle does stand by their work, but for constructive feedback follow through seems to require more follow up from the customer than I think probably should be needed. To be fair, this may be more of a communication issue and a perception issue, the perception being that nothing was happening when the real problem was a lack of communication such as that my towel rack was in and my job could have been completed sooner. It is far easier for me to accept it takes some time for a warranty item replacement than the concept of spending thousands of dollars and feeling like my job wasn't completed. My shower is like a visit to a spa. I love the end results.First Update: I am increasing my rating as some of my items were resolved from the below review.My damaged header was replaced and looks great. The grab bar was also replaced with one close enough to match the rest of the fixtures and it is solidly on the wall where the previous one had become loose. The technician noted that my drain cover was off because the drain wasn't flowing very well and he suggested drilling holes in the cover after showing me that they are marked but not drilled by the manufacturer. I did that and it flows perfectly now, it just was not getting enough air to allow the water to flow. In this case the technician added value over what the manufacturer provided.What is still not resolved is the delivery of my hand towel rack that was missed on the order. At this late stage I would prefer to just get a credit for the towel racks and will order and replace on my own. I already matched the faucet and towel racks in my other bathroom myself and know Amazon can deliver what I need in a day. I remain perplexed why this is taking so long to resolve.I am also still waiting on a warranty item replacement for the wand holder which has had its finish just chip away.Original Review Below:I replaced my entire shower with Dreamstyle. The header at the top of the shower door was damaged with a box cutter when the technicians unboxed it. My hand towel that I was charged for was never ordered. I am partially disabled and the grab bar is a little loose and does not match the other grab bar. I avoided this review trying to give Dreamstyle time to correct but it has been months now and now the coating on the shower wand holder has chipped away from normal use. I will gladly revise this review when corrective action is taken and I am made whole.

Mary was so professional and knowledgeable, she helped make the insurance process a breeze and scheduling was no problem at all. We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. Most horrible company I have ever work with. We have been awaiting for our bedroom window for 3 months, They cancelled the installation twice because they got the wrong measurement and now they don't know where my new window is.

You talk to a customer service in the philippines and cannot talk to any manager in the United States. I am reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from this company

Professional service awesome people

We had our explorer windshield replaced last March 26, 2021. After 2 weeks, the trim around the glass on passengers side flew away while we're driving on the freeway. Called them 2x, no answer, left voice message and gave them our contact number for call back. Never heard anything from them. Today, l gave them a call again because the drivers side trim also came off, a customer service rep told me, that her manager will call us back today, waited for the whole day for nothing.

Super nice and friendly, price was good and didn't try to up-sell me or hassle me for more money. One of the better glass companies in phoenix.

I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. They made what I thought would have been a headache a quick and painless process!

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!
