Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

I was a residential property manager for several years and was happy to use Anthony's plumbing for all of our service issues. I felt I got good answers and fair prices. My contact person was Brandon who always made sure my properties were well taken care of. Recently, my husband and I did some reconstruction on a home we were moving to and Anthony's took care of the intricate rerouting we needed done. When it was time to move back the hot water heater, Mark was sent out and made sure all of the old lines were brought up to code. Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

They couldn't get my drain unclogged. Told me I had a pipe issue and they would return to give me a quote for service and said they provide remodel services. They told me to wait and they guarantee an unclog or repair. I waited they return asked questions and stated I might have a potential insurance claim. The day they said they were coming back they ghosted me. No repair, no insurance, no remodel, no call. Just a lazy company that was in over their head and couldn't fix a drain clog. I would give no stars for wasting my time. Good help is hard to find.

I had my hot water tank blow out on a Saturday. I called Reddi Services and two other plumbing companies, not knowing if I would get anyone to return my call on the weekend. I soon received a call from Reddi Services and they quickly dispatched Pepe. No return calls from the other 2.

After determining the need for a new tank he told me that if I picked one up that day he would comeback on Sunday to get it installed. Which he did.

I had some restoration work that needed to be done after the installation and each time I needed something done, Pepe was there as promised and was very professional. I would not hesitate to use Reddi Services for any of my plumbing need.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Circle J Septic is an awesome local business. Josh and his employee came out on a Sunday after I called to look at the job. We scheduled for the next day. The showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They left my house in the same condition that it was in when they arrived. I have used other septic companies in the past, but none of the others did near as good a job! I highly recommend Circle J to anyone that needs their septic system pumped.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

PV septic is the only company all my neighbors use, and now I know why. They came and emptied my septic tank the morning I called. Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. Experience is everything, and they've been doing it since 1958. Don't go anywhere else or you'll be sorry!

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling,saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes,but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. We were in excellent hands! Thank you Belsito Plumbing for having such quality hard working men and women. Jared thank you! 5 stars is not enough!!

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
