Mike came in yesterday to fix our dishwasher he was so polite and quickly got to fixing the dishwasher. We had little conversations here and, such a great guy.

The Hays team did a fantastic job with my A/C replacement. I had a 10 year-old unit that died in April and a pregnant wife who couldn’t stand to be without A/C. I called Hays in the morning and they had a rep to my house that same afternoon. The price they quoted was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. My wife and I had AC back up and running within 24 hours.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Jeff, our tech, came earlier than the window the dispatcher had given me, which was wonderful! I loved that he was wearing a medical-grade face mask when he arrived, as we have not been around anyone other than family during this Pandemic. Jeff was kind, professional, thorough, explained everything to me so that I easily understood the problem. Not only did he dissect the issue, he had the solution (a new motor for our AC unit) in his truck, so he was able to stay and put in the new motor. With temps over 100 degrees, this was HUGE to be able to know that we'd have our AC up and running by the time he left. He was honest and trustworthy, a great guy! We'd never used this company before, and from the first phone call with the sweet and helpful woman that answered the phone to Jeff's prompt and courteous professionalism, it was a very positive experience! Excellent and prompt work. We had them install a split air AC in our garage and the work was done quickly and very clean. Looks like it was part of the house.

Octavio was the technician who performed our HVAC system tune up. He showed on-time, was very professional, and very friendly. He communicated his tasks well and gave me a detailed report. Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly.
