Best Repair Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had previously (several years ago) used WJ Maloney for some plumbing work and they were reasonable then. When I had them come quote me for a new shutoff valve for my house, they quoted over $1000. I called another plumber (Quail Plumbing) that is doing it for less than $200. For the pleasure of Maloney's 5x normal cost quote they are charging me $49 for a service call. In comparison Quail gave me a quoted range over the phone with no hassle and no service charge.

Professional quality service. They come and inspect the work, give an estimate (free of charge) and are usually back the next day to complete the work.

We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.

As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.

We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.

Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.

We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.

Ozzie came out late on a Saturday afternoon and reworked our broken water heater so that we had water and plumbing until Monday when the home warranty technician could come out. Just based on that, I would use them again.

Wyman Plumbing's prices were more than fair. The quote I got on a water heater included tax and installation. The installers were very professional, polite, and friendly. I needed quarter-turn shut-off valves installed at my kitchen sink. I called at 9:30, and the technician was at my house within 90 minutes. Travis was prompt for the service call, professional, and completed the job in under an hour to my complete satisfaction.

I hired Ben Franklin Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater and an outdoor hose bib, and they did a fantastic job, answered my questions about the product, and assured me if I needed anything in the future, they’d be a phone call away. I felt as though I was in good hands. Very transparent about their services and time, and were communicative about needing to turn on/off specific utilities so as not to inconvenience anyone in the house.

I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Scheduling process was not difficult and we were able to get service the next day. If it had been an emergency they would have been able to accommodate same day service. The technician was able to arrive early. Our shower fixtures were older, but he was able to find replacement parts. Everything was repaired and is working well. My only suggestion would be for the technicians to have shoe covers but otherwise great service and would use Deer Valley plumbing again.
