Ive used Doan before on a previous loss. Unfortunately, I had another. Their promptness in response as well as how fast they were able to get their job done keeps me at piece because I know it’ll get done correctly without any necessary added stress. The dishwasher leaked and damaged the entire kitchen island. Bob and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning it and removing all the mold. Passed the mold test by an independent company on the first try. They were professional. Thanks

We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations. We decided to replace our flooring and insulate the wall that was affected by the water damage for additional privacy between our guest room and the family room, and are now enjoying our new house.

From the moment I first contacted them, I was treated with care and concern. We were on vacation and my house sitter noticed the standing water. My initial contact with them was not only via phone but I was in a different time zone. Jessica answered the phone and went into action immediately. This was the first time I ever needed to contact this type of service and she guided me through the process. She contacted her folks immediately and got them out there to begin working on the water standing in my house - and kept me informed along the way. They were at the house within about 1.5 hours of my making the initial call.

We got the water shut off. Then all I had to do was coordinate to have someone meet them at the house and give them the key. They took it from there, including put a lockbox on the door so that my house sitter didn't need to come and go. I spoke with the Project Manager, David, when they first arrived. He did a great job of talking me through what he saw and his initial recommendations.

When we arrived the next day, the water was all gone. They floor was dry. There wasn't a sign of flooding remaining in the home. They'd moved all furniture into the center of each room and covered it with plastic. Anything that was on the floor was dried off and stacked for us to go through. There people were SO polite and caring. We got into town as they were about done for the day, the waited for us to arrive home from the airport. The Project Manager took us through the house, explained what they'd done so far and made any additional recommendations. The time that he spent walking us through and listening and answering questions was invaluable. We discussed where we needed to go from there.

The last day, we had a crew that did nothing but clean. They vacuumed the entire house. Wiped down cabinets and shelves. They even mopped. We only have bathroom floors remaining, but they still mopped up the concrete, too. I'm not sure I knew what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by this. It made waking up a bit more comfortable this morning.

In all, we had them at the house on the emergency evening for about 3 hours, then I think 6 full time days (we had some VERY difficult wood flooring to remove and the last day was the clean up day). I've sent off fabric furniture to them for cleaning (couches). I assume that will turn out wonderfully, too. Jessica said she's mailing us a CD of all of the photos they took while they were here (probably most of them pre-work and with water).

One more thing I'd like to mention is that our insurance company denied our claim. When they realized that, they were very sympathetic. Instead of waiting for a bill, I asked them to hit me up with an estimate so that I could manage the money situation with my bank. The last day they were here (for clean up) is the day that the I requested the bank transfer. I'm glad they let me work that way, because we'd just put the flooring deposit on our credit card and I wasn't ready for them to charge the card the full amount due. Another sign that they 'get it' and are a great to work with.

Logan Blood and his crew arrived quickly after flood damage was discovered and took charge of clean up, and kept the rest of my home safe during the restoration process. All their workers were very courteous and Logan kept me informed as their work continued until it was completed. Lee Burner finished the job, removing all equipment and cleaning up. Thanks to your whole team for a professional job.

What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

I had a water leak and Phoenix Water Damage Services quickly came out and helped in repairing the damage. They were very professional and responsive and made this process super easy. Definitely recommend this company to any one who has water damage. Overall a great experience!

After having to deal with ~80% of a house being flooding, it was a great pleasure to work with Jenkins Restorations. Jose was quick, professional, and reliable. You can tell that him and his team are truly dedicated to helping people during stressful times. The team arrived when they said they would and always had a positive outlook. The work they did was clean and taken care of. I would recommend!

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

Had a collapse of the drainage pipes under the house requiring their replacement. The house is unlivable since the kitchen and bathrooms were torn out to replace the pipes, so it is obvious urgent for work to start as soon as possible. This company was recommended by my insurance company, and had good reviews and said they could start within a week, so I asked for an estimate. They took their time even coming out to look, almost a week. A guy named Joe came out, and I said they’d get me an estimate in a couple of days, but since then I have received nothing but excuses. Around 2 weeks later the office called and said the estimate was ready and asked if they should they send it to me or the insurance company. I told them to send it to me, since I’m the one hiring, and I received nothing. I contacted Joe, and they said he sent it to the insurance company for further review, and refused to even send me a copy. Weeks have passed and my house remains unlivable, and I have still not even received an estimate. Since I have, unfortunately, gone thru this before, I know this isn’t normal. It appears to be a delaying tactic, because they weren’t really available to start work when they said, and rather than tell me, just keep making up pretexts.
I can’t say how their work is since I can’t get them to even give me an estimate! Given other positive reviews, the problem is possibly the representative, Joe, who was assigned to me. Regardless, rather than wait endlessly for these guys to get their act together, I have gone ahead and hired another company because we are tired of staying in a hotel and want our house back!

AMAZING service by Service Master, first time users and I hope we never have to use a restoration company again but if we do, we'll be calling Service Masters..

One phone call from Katherine Ely, the operations manager set things in motion after she listened to our water heater (leak) issue. We were then paired up with Erika Brake as our in-office contact person and within no-time a team was out to access the situation in person & they went immediately to work, setting up fans, pulling back carpet, drilling holes in walls to allow the fans to dry out the inside sheetrock/drywall etc., they measured & cut out sheetrock from our garage wall to allow the wood to dry, they were like busy beavers, non-stop working to assure the rooms and garage would dry out.

Having Erika as our point of contact was one of the best things Service Master could have done, she's a star !! In any type of incident with your home, stress is there and then the unknown but Erika was amazing in her communication with us, made sure to constantly check how things were going (by phone calls) and advising us on the next step of action.. Anything we needed, she put them in contact with us and what great referrals she had, from plumber, towel service to contractor for rebuild. All referrals worked perfectly for us, great to know there are companies still out there that provide fast urgent work for emergencies and provide top notch service.

We were very lucky to have been referred to Service Master by our Insurance Company and were able to work with Erika Brake as our contact person, she's amazing and in the right position to help people in their need. Thanks Erika !!!!!!!!!!!

The new flooring we had this company install really upgraded the look of the entire space. Their customer service has been great from start to finish as well!
