Jason was extremely timely and professional! Everyone communicated any updates with us and had a very reasonable quote as well. They are very responsive and took care of the repairs, fast and accurately, I have to give them that. Their prices are high compared to other companies, the only reason I used them is because they are highly responsive. I bought a $10.00 a month plan where you can get discounts on service and parts but I was not aware that if you were to cancel at any time...you are definitely going to pay for the discounts back!! So after cancelling the program I had to pay for all the previous diacounts I had gotten. Just be aware of that! That was not clearly explained to me of course...so just be careful...nothing is free..at least not in this case.My name is Yuma Rivera.. I am sure you can find me in your data base. And when they offered the plan I had asked if there was a catch...to what the lady on the phone stated NO ..no catch whatsoever. If you really wanted to offer exceptional customer service you would make a mention of that. At least I know I would. Either way it is done and like I said..their services were fine...cost a bit too high..very responsive and on time...but definitely need to be a bit more honest about what you offer.I am just writing about my experience and I am sure others have other experiences.

Scott not only fixed the issue with my AC but he was friendly and very informative! Highly recommend using Hobaica and we will for sure use them for any future needs!

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. I’ve spent more time with the pizza delivery guy than I did with Alex which is nuts. Thanks for the incredible service, I’ll definitely use you guys again.

Chase the technician has been around 3 different homes that we owned and has been out even on a holiday he is so essential to us!!!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.

They came and fixed my furnace for $250 after another contractor recommended a $5000 replacement. They vacuumed up after they fixed the furnace in the attic and dust came down when they were going in and out of the attic. Most important though, they are a contractor I can trust.
