We needed a complete re pipe
and to replace old water heater with on demand and replace sewer pipe in two bathrooms. The goettl team is a wonderful group to work with. I commend them from Braden who did all the initial check and recommendations of what we should do to John for coming over to confirm and let us know how the company works. Daniel got us a very discounted total and helped us with fast and easy financing, with the help of the big boss, and we had a team out here the next day. The teams are great, they do the work in a professional and methodical way that makes it fast and efficient. They protected all our floors and furniture, and cleaned up at the end of every workday. Day and Night had a much more reasonable diagnosis fee then their competitors but what really separated them is the quality of service. Have they turned into my go to HVAC company? Absolutely! Communication was great, the problem diagnosis was explained without some big upsell and overall I just enjoyed working with these guys that I am writing a review. Front office lady handling the phone was nice and techs I talked to were great.

My wife and I are full time Phoenix residents. I selected REEis after talking to neighbor who uses REEis and then talking with the REEis owner about their qualifications. Stephen was sent out to do our spring AC check. He called ahead and told us when he would arrive. We have a Trane AC system and Stephen is a trained Trane service technician. This was one of my selection criteria. I thought he handled himself very professionally and knowledgeably. Stephen was very thorough. I followed him around as he made his checks and I asked questions. Once he made all the manual checks, he connected wifi sensors to the condenser lines and used supply and return air temp sensors on the supply and return air house. With all this, he as able to view the entire AC system parameters in cooling mode. He explained all the results. He made suggesting on using less expensive air filters that would improve system life and reduce energy consumption. REEis is far and away better than C... B..... (small owner) company that I was using. I was very impressed REEis and plan to continue to use them for our HVAC servicing,

I called ACE for a plumbing issue. Unfortunately it was not a simple blockage but a much bigger septic problem. My technician, Emil was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved me some money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! My air conditioning hasn't been working and I have already had 3 different people come from this company to fix it. They take advantage of you. Especially since I'm a woman they think I don't know what is going on! Do not recommend! I've had to come off of work three different times and still hasn't been fixed. I don't trust them
