Anthony did a fantastic job with our water heater installation today. Pleasant, respectful of our home and property and easy to work with. He got the job done even with some of the space constraints in our garage, which I greatly appreciate. I'd definitely recommend these folks and Anthony in particular.

Wow! What can I say about this company they are great. They came out the same day even though it was New Year’s Eve! Danny the technician came out and was friendly and very informative answer all the crazy questions I had. The service was amazing if I could give 10 stars I would. i would not recommend this company to anyone since they are not honest people to work with. They double dipped by collecting the fees from the Home Warranty Company and charging our tenant the what they called uncovered parts fees on top of the regular service call fee. Our manager at that time was a little naive and paid for that extra amount without permission from the owner first. When we contacted the Home Warranty Company to clarify the extra amount, we were told the claim was approved for repair without additional charge. We were advised to contact the Laszlo's Plumbing for a reason why and we did but nobody responds back to our message. This just indicates Laszlo's Plumbing is just a cheater who's not responsible for the action they did. So my advice is DO NOT use this company or you will get ripped off.

Ricardo lives two streeta down from my parents house. Normally, we don't just knock on someone's door, but today, there wasn't a choice. Their water heater was leaking and we weren't sure what the problem was. Ricardo was so very kind and curtious when speaking with him. He made a couple phone calls and was able to fix the problem at a very reasonable price. Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding. George Brazil is doing it right by hiring people like Ricardo to help when needed. A plus in our book! The trucks are great advertising for the company!

Our toilet started overflowing after we ran the washing machine so we called Roto-rooter. Randy came out that day and knew exactly what was going on. He got right to work and cleaned out our main sewer line. He was very helpful by showing us exactly what he was doing and explained that a tree root was growing through our pipe and forming a clog. He fixed the problem and everything is working perfectly. He completely cleaned the area when he was done. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Randy with Roto-Rooter!
