He allowed me to ask questions as to the problem and was very polite not irritated. He was efficient and cleaned up the work area when he was done. Wanted to know if I had any other concerns. Ceaser was a pleasure to work with He installed our gas line for the bbq in our backyard. Ended up becoming a bigger job then expected. Brandon, my Master Service Technician was Amazing! Brandon explained the inspection he was doing though the course of the tune up. When Brandon was done with the repairs, I couldn’t even tell he was in out attic through the closet! No insulation, no dirt marks, Nothing! Amazing!!! I made an appointment with Cactus Mechanical last week to have my AC unit checked/tuned up. I was told they would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so I needed to take a day off work to be home. The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.

I completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.

Potential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up. Otherwise, you may be sitting at home for no reason.
