Best New Installation in Phoenix AZ

I am so glad i went with Atomic Construction for our re-flooring project! We replaced >1,000sqft of carpet in the whole upstairs of our house and the stairs themselves with luxury vinyl planks. Jorge and Alberto were very professional and extremely skilled. They addressed every concern we brought up. Adam, the owner, was also very attentive to the project and communicated with use before, during, and after completion to ensure everything went well. I will definitely use Atomic for any future construction needs I may have!

Working with Terry and his staff have been amazing. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and communication have been above my expectations! They are very competitively priced and I will absolutely be coming back for my next project!

Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

One of the better experiences I had when finding remodeling contractors. John was very involved and remarkable commitment to quality service. The rustic floor that I was aiming for, John knocked out of the park. The investment was worth it and makes my whole interior have that high-end feel/look.

Scott and his installers did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel and tile flooring. They were very polite , on time and cleaned up after the job was complete! Would totally recommend Scott and his crew of experienced installers for any remodeling jobs.

Carman the owner is awsome and has been extremely patient with my wife and I. Great priced and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them.

It looked like they had a lot of selection, but I couldn't get them to show it to me nor give me information. I was comparing them to a quote from Home Depot. Home Depot puts all the carpet information on their website, even after several request I couldn't get the sales person to send me specs on the three products he showed us.

We were recommended to FloorSource by a friend. My friend had a great experience, felt he got a great product and from the price he told me, he got a really good price. The product we were shown felt inferior to other samples we were considering but their price was quite a bit higher, higher than my friends super premium carpet. As I mentioned i couldn't drag the information or salemanshipp out of the sales guy. With the referral, I really thought we wanted to use these guys.I just needed the sale guy to show me something...anything that made the additional cost a value over our other choices...never got it.

In addition to not being confident in the material, I was not confident in the proposal. I believe their quote was too high due to errors in their measuring. They had 10% more carpet than our other proposal. I told them and even gave the sales guy a copy of the competitors layout.

Just felt I couldn't get them work with me and if you asked the salesman, i'd bet he would say I was a pain in his butt trying to get what we needed to be able to buy from him.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The first contact with Andy (owner/operator) in his store was great. But then something changed and the owner became a nightmare. He talks WAY too much and it's very difficult to get him to answer the specific question you ask. He never called us back when he said he would and we always had to be the ones to initiate a conversation. He was unbelievably slow with everything and took us calling multiple times and going back into the store again to get any movement. He finally came to our house to price it up and when he told us the price of the flooring, we were happy with it. A couple weeks later, the price was suddenly about $5,000 higher than the original price he gave us. When I pressed him on why, he gave many excuses like there were a couple more stairs he forgot to add in plus removing the floorboards etc, none of which would explain the $5k jump in price. I kept trying to get to the bottom of it with him on the phone when Andy suddenly yelled, take your business somewhere else, don't come back! and hung up the phone. Really unprofessional company! Luckily the owner was so slow with everything, that we didn't start the project with him and are now going with the much better/cheaper/more professional Flooring Express.

Daniel installed new engineered wood flooring in our 3 bedrooms. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship was outstanding. Daniel met and exceeded all the criteria of doing business as it should be done. He's very personable and a pleasure to have him working in your house day in day out. He understood that I'm a designer and have high expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the final outcome of our project. Thanks again Daniel, great job!
