Best New Installation in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

A good friend had her bath replaced by Kohler and Pacific Bath with a step-in bath, so I knew their work was professional and beautiful. I was very happy to find out they could also do a step in shower...and do so in 2 days! So much better than having a crew in and out of our home for 8 weeks! My husband is over the moon about his new shower, he tells me every day how much he loves it!

Chris and Darrell were fantastic during the tub installation. They arrived on on time, with a smile on their faces. They were professional and very patient with answering all of our questions. They laid down drop cloths and cleaned up everything as they went. They were very careful not to ding any walls or furniture when bringing in the fabricated walls and bathtub. It looks amazing and I couldn't be happier.

Second Update: The same day as my last update I received a call from DreamStyle letting me know they had my hand towel rack. They were just waiting because they didn't have the warranty replacement for the wand cradle in stock yet. I let them know I preferred to get my job completed and could wait for the warranty part since that is cosmetic anyway. We agreed on installation for the following Wednesday (today). The same technician came out as last time, he did a good job and was in and out of here quickly. So I am again bumping my rating up.This will likely be my last update unless the warranty replacement takes more than an additional month since it has already been that long. My overall impression is that DreamStyle does stand by their work, but for constructive feedback follow through seems to require more follow up from the customer than I think probably should be needed. To be fair, this may be more of a communication issue and a perception issue, the perception being that nothing was happening when the real problem was a lack of communication such as that my towel rack was in and my job could have been completed sooner. It is far easier for me to accept it takes some time for a warranty item replacement than the concept of spending thousands of dollars and feeling like my job wasn't completed. My shower is like a visit to a spa. I love the end results.First Update: I am increasing my rating as some of my items were resolved from the below review.My damaged header was replaced and looks great. The grab bar was also replaced with one close enough to match the rest of the fixtures and it is solidly on the wall where the previous one had become loose. The technician noted that my drain cover was off because the drain wasn't flowing very well and he suggested drilling holes in the cover after showing me that they are marked but not drilled by the manufacturer. I did that and it flows perfectly now, it just was not getting enough air to allow the water to flow. In this case the technician added value over what the manufacturer provided.What is still not resolved is the delivery of my hand towel rack that was missed on the order. At this late stage I would prefer to just get a credit for the towel racks and will order and replace on my own. I already matched the faucet and towel racks in my other bathroom myself and know Amazon can deliver what I need in a day. I remain perplexed why this is taking so long to resolve.I am also still waiting on a warranty item replacement for the wand holder which has had its finish just chip away.Original Review Below:I replaced my entire shower with Dreamstyle. The header at the top of the shower door was damaged with a box cutter when the technicians unboxed it. My hand towel that I was charged for was never ordered. I am partially disabled and the grab bar is a little loose and does not match the other grab bar. I avoided this review trying to give Dreamstyle time to correct but it has been months now and now the coating on the shower wand holder has chipped away from normal use. I will gladly revise this review when corrective action is taken and I am made whole.

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. I just love my kitchen everyday (still pinching myself after 2 years) and get nothing but compliments from everyone that comes over. I recommend Steve and his folks at Homework Remodels.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The salesman was polite and we chose Re-Bath because they stated multiple times they would not start until all the materials had arrived and would have the entire job done in 3-5 days. This was an entire remodel for a small basement bathroom. They sent one person who started on the project including tearing walls and bathroom fixtures out and then stated the wrong shower door had been ordered. The job was then delayed by an entire MONTH supposedly because of a shower door. And again, we chose this company based on speed of completion. Once the project was finally complete it was clear there was zero attention to detail. Seams on wall panels did not line up, fixtures did not match, and the caulking looked like a child had used a caulk gun for the first time. The finished product also just looks cheap. Don’t be fooled by the pictures from the salesman. Craftsmanship and pride in the work was non-existent and customer service completely ignored. We were burned and bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

One of the best investments for my dad!. Derek and his crew installed a tub for my dad. Derek went over all options for my dad, to best fit him with a tub that would meet all his needs without trying to price gouge us. Installation was top notch,and Derek made sure to take his time with my dad to show him all the functions. he even noticed the towel rack next to the tub was loose and he replaced it with a hang bar to help my dad out. Thank you for making my dad smile again :)

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Great work! I have used HHI a few times and I have to say I am glad I did. Brandon and his staff are great. No job is too big or too small and attention to detail goes all the way to the end of the project. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future!

We hired them to fix a botched skip trowel job in our kitchen. They kept us informed of when they would be there, showed up on time, were extremely neat and clean in the process. Job was extremely well done and they showed a great attention to detail. Excellent. Highly recommend.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. We have ideas for future remodeling projects and he will be our first choice!

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.

Great work done by the entire crew on my shower tiles, the perfection is easily visible They are the best in the town. Highly suggested.

We chose Jeff with Stellar Kitchen & Bath for several reasons. Jeff and his wife are very warm and friendly, which made us feel at ease. Jeff is very detailed in his planning and drawing of our Kitchen, he seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we even picked out our color granite and cabinets. The contractors Jeff uses are top notch also. Tim the electrician and his crew were very detailed and professional. This was a big remodel, but it really went by fast because everything was thought out and scheduled correctly. The end results are beyond words. Pictures don’t even do it justice, just Beautiful!!!
