I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

Franz did a great job! Price was reasonable considering what had to be done. He arrived quickly after we call and went right to work. actually helped us save money by allowing my husband to purchse the needed parts. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber.

I am very impressed by this company. I was terrified our sewer would back up in our house and they were able to get to my house in 1 1/2 hours after I called. We had water leakage in master bath and ceiling was moist. Zoltan was out the next morning within the committed time frame. He tried his level best to re-produce the problem but unfortunately we were not able to re-produce it. He shared his number with us and told us to call him back the moment we see the leakage again. Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing
