Our tech, Jesse, is great at explaining the diagnosis as well as what he does to correct it.They always take care to keep their work area clean, and I'm never left with a mess after it's completed. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Diamondback plumbing. Cade did an excellent job repairing our broken drain pipe. He and his partners bravely crawled into a space under the house several other "plumbers" declined to delve in to. It was nasty, I'll credit that. Cade is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and a true asset to the diamondback company. I will recommend these guys for all plumbing needs and call them every time I need a plumber moving forward. Their pricing is very reasonable. True win, all the way around.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. I was only given the opportunity to give Cameron 5 stars, but I would give him 10 if I could!!

We called this company, while out of the Country, when our tenants complained of water backing up in their tub and toilets. The technician determined the issue was at the sidewalk where a pipe was crushed due to resent work by Cox Cable. Deer Valley quoted us $14,000 to dig the pipe and repair the break. Not only were we appalled at the estimate we also questioned why they would be willing to repair a pipe that was obviously on city of Phoenix property. We made one phone call to the City and the repair was taken care of the same day at no cost to us. This could have been a very costly mistake had we taken Deer Valley’s advice. I reached out to the owner,Joe Kerlin, prior to placing this review but received no response.

They are so polite and responsive! They had someone on site within 45 mins after I called Brandon. I got a text alert letting me know who was arriving and that technicians professional status. Bonus! He identified the problem and called me with a best case price and worst case price. Thankfully it was a best case price. Couldn’t have asked for it to go smoother. These folks will be my go to plumbers for any future needs. Highly recommend them.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.
