TIO is a top-notch electrical service provider. I have had two visits from them and both electricians provided a phenomenal experience. Bob Best and Pedro Madvil are both extremely knowledgeable and creative to be able to diagnose and repair any electrical problem you may have in your dwelling. I contacted 24HR Valleywide Electric about hanging some pendant lights above my kitchen island, which the home was not previously wired for, and adding a power outlet behind a piece of furniture in my family room so I could eliminate an unsightly extension cord. David was courteous and professional when he came to give the estimate. I scheduled him to come out the following week to do the work, and I couldn't be happier. He did a great job, charged the exact price he quoted and was careful and clean while doing the work. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my family and friends ... GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Econolight more than met my expectations. When making capital investments in a newly purchased home you need to find quality companies to work with and I wish there were more than five stars to give! Econolight met with me and my contractor to go over each room and what I wanted to do and brought their own suggestions to the table and we planned the project from there. While I didn't need to do everything that was quoted, once the work started for the approved items, the three technicians were in and out in one day and the house looked better than when they started. Their attention to detail was excellent.
And Jay and his 'J' crew explained everything that was being done and answered my questions as the work went along. Because we didn't know some of the switching that was wired prior to installing the recessed lighting, we were able to utilize some of the existing boxes and wiring which allowed my final job cost to come in cheaper and because of their flexibility and ability to explain and clearly communicate, I was able to afford to get more done during this phase of the project. My contractor Toni (The Paint Wagon) highly recommended Econolight and I now see why. Econolight worked hand in hand with my contractor so that she could follow with painting and fixing where the new wiring had to be installed and Econolight was flexible enough and willing to make a second trip to finish the ceiling fan installations once the ceilings are finished and painted. Confidence in hiring contractors can be hit and miss but using the baseball analogy, Econolight is a home run. Also a shout out to their office staff for dealing with my four changes to the original quote and keeping the project on track. Professional, capable and reliable doesn't begin to describe the work Econolight accomplished.

Terrible coworker in the jobsite. Awful foreman they don't keep up with material and lazy to do everything, rather want you to stop what you doing and get you to do it instead. but awesome staff when you go apply!.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

No show for appointment, no call with reason, and didn't return 3 calls...grrrrr

This company originally did our electrical for our new home. Electrical has not worked correctly since 2019. Breaker pops constantly cant use major appliances at the same time while lights on. Can't even use an iron without lights dimming. Had them come out they say everything is fine. Called them again and won't even step foot in our home without service fee payment. We didn't even have a conversation about what the problem was with the technician who showed up. First thing was out of his mouth was pay us. This company is trash and obviously doesn't wire or set up electrical properly.
