Best New Hvac Unit in Phoenix AZ

I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. I will definitely be using again for my HVAC and possibly plumbing needs!

This is my new choice for all air conditioning and heating needs. The tech Rick was called mid morning and arrived shortly after to charge my new system. He was incredibly friendly and efficient. When he told me how much my bill was my mouth dropped, I was prepared to pay far more than what he charged me. The people whom Goettl has sent when we need repairs have been wonderful.
My opinion of the company would not get 5 stars. Maybe 2 stars. If their techs weren't great ambassadors, I would ditch them in a heartbeat.
For example, I had my appointment set today for 12-3. Someone there started blowing up my phone before the sun came up this morning.
We pay them a monthly fee for their protection plan. We have received ZERO service. One guy came one time. He told me to change my filters. I asked if he had some. He said, I don't do that.
He also brought a sales rep to try to sell me a bunch of absurdly unnecessary services.
We're still using them just because this kind of service is infrequently used. I don't think about how bad they are until I have to.

Great company, great people. Professional, nice, great answering questions. Install went as planned, explained what they were doing. Great job with installation and clean up.

Always an honest job and honest billing. They reach out to manufacturer for me to see if there is still a warranty for the repair they are doing. Thank you A&M Mechanical.

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

Day & Night Is Amazing company !!I received a coupon for Air Conditioner service for $59.00 so I decided to give them a call to book an appt. The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. He listened to me and my concerns and everything was very smooth.The technician who did the work were courteous, polite and explained their process every step of the way. They wanted to ensure I was happy. Every person I interacted with at Day & Night was happy and very helpful! They always kept me posted on schedules for other work like ducts and insulation. If there was ever something I didn’t agree with I talked to Mr Willie Rodriguez and he assured me that he would correct.Thank you so much to Mr Ronnie Brion who did the final check once the work was completed. He made sure that everything including the air conditioner was working correct! He did a great Job! I’m getting a new air conditioner and haven’t got it yet but Benefit Air has been to my home three time to keep the old air conditioner unit alive until the scheduled date of my new one to be installed. Every time they come over and I thank them for keeping me cool the answer always is “ No problem we’re Benefit Air and that’s what we do.”

Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

The gentlemen who came and installed my new a/c unit were professional and prompt when arriving. They where courteous when explaining how to use the thermostat. And very upfront with everything that happened throughout the install, including the unplanned running of new wires between the unit, thermostat and electric. Thank you very much. I look forward to being served by this team in the future.

I filled out the form on their website and they called me right back and somebody was out here in a couple hours to provide the service. Can't ask for better.
