Gabe and his team perform exceptional and honest work! He replaced an evaporative cooler on my in-laws home, great work and great price. Months later, when their air conditioner went out, another HVAC company was going to charge 2700 to fix or 5k to replace. Gabe and his team looked at the unit and determined it was only the fan that had failed. Cost was only $550.00. Integrity, service, quality... timely support.

I sold my house and had to have an home inspection. The inspector noted that I needed 3 screws in to secure the flue pipe in place. A friend of mine recommended me to call A&M. Talked to Amy, she was very helpful and pleasant. She stated that the screws are not recommended for these types of pipes. After A&M did the required preventative maintenance on my HVAC units, Amy went above and beyond and called the flue pipe manufacturer and distributor, the City inspector, an experienced home inspector, as well as combing thru code books and found nothing to support the home inspectors requirement for screws. She even called my home inspector. She sent me the code language for interlocking B vents and it did state that one should not use screws. I will definitely use A&M again.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. I would HIGHLY recommend SG Mechanical!!! Our 20 year old unit died in the middle of summer. It was miserable. Leah was so great and very quick to get a hold of me. Because I was at work we had to do a little bit of phone tag. She never stopped until she got a hold of me. She worked with my schedule. Andy was right on time and very honest about what we needed and when it could be done. We had a quote by the end of the business day. From first call to quote was 11 am to before 5!! Andy worked a miracle and was able to find what we needed and get guys to our house on Friday. My husband was there for the installation and said Matt Stone and Kirkland Ulrich were amazing! They worked so hard and stayed to make sure it was working properly. And it was Matt's birthday. He still stayed. They were right on time and very professional. We had a minor issue and had to call the emergency number during a holiday weekend and Miles came out sooner than we expected. Fixed the issue very quickly. Andy was great with making sure everything has been taken care of. I would give everyone a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you so much for everything SG Mechanical!!

We have used Day and Night for 8 yrs. We have always loved them. Quick, friendly customer service and always helpful if we ever have a need. We have the Gold Service package which allows us to have our AC checked out twice a year.Whenever someone comes out they do a great, thorough job cleaning and explaining everything. The detailed report and photos that get emailed to us is also a big plus!This week we have our best technician yet. GREG! I highly recommend him. Greg was kind. I felt really comfortable with him on our house. He took his time and went through everything with me. I called immediately to have him put on our account as our regular service technician. We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Thank you for holding yourself’s to a standard above the rest.

Came home & AC was blowing hot. Called Pamela & Kevin was out next morning promptly. Discovered my unit was pretty old & compressor was shot. A new unit was in order as I suspected. Got a good deal with a new Carrier unit, install & easy on the spot financing. Was able to coordinate the install fir a couple days later. Adrian, Tim & crew showed up as scheduled & made quick work of the install. 1.5 hours & I was able to go into work as usual. I will be using them going forward.
