Just had a complete new a/c unit installed by Marcus, Alton, and Ryan. These guys did amazing, very respectful, and kept us informed of everything going on. We also had another crew come in and do a complete vent cleaning/sanitizing at the same time, and with all the Goettl team in here, it went seemless and professional. Been using their services for year and will continue to for years to come.

I spoke with Amy on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable about AC systems. She walked me through the entire process for a home that I was getting ready to sell. Prompt and on time service from the service tech Brad who was very thorough and made sure to do things the right way not the easy way. Absolute pleasure working with A & M Mechanical as a whole. Rickey completed our semi annual maintenance. Working with Day and Night is a pleasure from the front office to the service techs. Everyone is friendly and professional. Rickey discussed what he was going to do during service. After completion he reviewed everything he had done and provided pictures and offered suggestions to keep my HVAC running smoothly. From start to finish all that were involved were very personable and seemed to take pride in there work. Sam the owner is very transparent with exactly what they are going to do for you. The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there. Great experience over all.

Bradley was very professional, on time and communicative. He was also very good with our two massive dogs. Just Air was quick to respond to my request for service and then provided plenty of availability to schedule a time to come out. Will definitely use again.

I was impressed with both Justin and Fredrusso. Both with initial assessment and repair work. Had an older AC unit that had failed and needed replacement.

Benefit Air was very responsive from the start to end of the repair process. Their senior tech Chuck was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem with our system that was restricting air flow to two upstairs bedrooms. He also has made recommendations on proper preventive maintenance, including the use of the properly designed filters.

I highly recommend this company. When it is 111 degrees you cannot afford to chose the wrong AC company! You will also enjoy working with their amiable scheduler Anthony.

REEis originally installed my TRANE 18 Seer veritable speed AC System in 2018 after my old 1998 Carrier unit died in July 2018 , they saved me that summer , Howard Air was some how , so busy at that time & date they were not able to help me out , I went 8 days without AC , called REEis , a Rosie On The House Company , 2 days later I was blessed with COLD AIR , today 5/17 19 , my man Stephen Baker , a really knowledgeable Service Technician came out for a yearly Advance Air Conditioning TUNE -UP ,he was very pleasant , and did a really great job , REEis ROCKS !

These guys are great! I talked with one of those big name companies first. Then I talked to Chris over at Alien. He explained that it would be about 3x LESS than what the big companies were charging. He never tried to upsell me (which is a big deal to me)... in fact, he explained that I actually needed to downsize for better efficiency. Jeremy and Mike were professional and thorough. Everyone explained every bit of what they were installing and what they were doing. And when my Nest thermostat was giving me issues not long after the install, Chris came by the same day to take a look at the wiring.... He fixed it in minutes! (it was an improper install from the Nest people) I love my new AC unit! It's working GREAT! And it's nice to know I have some knowledgeable and trustworthy people to lean on when I need help!

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.
