Everything was done very well the worker were very good at there jobs and did the work fast and payed attention to all the details. Over all a very good job and we are very happy with Parker & Sons.

Frisco came out at the beginning of our service window and was kind and courteous from the moment we met him. We discussed what kind of service I was looking for and the reason behind it and he told me exactly what he'd be doing. We did have a few minor issues with our unit but nothing that Frisco couldn't handle right then and there. He was very thorough on his explanations all the way through the process and just had a great overall attitude. He kept me informed of what he was doing and even gave us some helpful recommendations to extend the life of our unit. Patrick Riley was so easy to work with. I really liked the fact that they sent me a text about the technician, Freddy, before he arrived so I could let my tenants know who to expect. Also, I really liked how I didn't have to physically be present during the service call; yet, I still felt that Freddy did the job like I was watching over his shoulder. Freddy went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer, and that I felt comfortable with the service performed. He even sent before and after pictures of the repair, so I knew he did exactly what he said was going to be done. Awesome customer service, I highly recommend for your A/C repairs! Leak in AC “coil.” New coil replaced old leaking coil. Two men repair job.

A lateral sewer clog produced a backlog, which I discovered early. On a Saturday afternoon, though, there are no toilets, showers, or basins. Because it was an emergency, I called these men solely on the basis of web reviews. The staff arrived in less than an hour, provided a fair and affordable quotation, and then completed the work. Recommended!!

Been using this company for several years now and they are great! Ron always services my unit and does a great job and I love his personality!!! Friendly and professional! This company is so reliable and honest. They give you your options with pricing and advise you what choice to make. The best part is they will honestly tell you what is NOT needed. I just had my sewer line checked from another company thru my realtor. That company stated I needed a new liner put in because of cracks and unstable conditions in the sewer lines. Day n Night came and inspected and jet cleaned the lines only to discover it did NOT need a new sewer liner which was quoted from the first company at a discount price of $14,000 from $18,000. Thank God I had Day n Night plumbing company give a second opinion and suggested to start with a jet clean out to remove any build up. Build up can show areas that look like cracks etc. After the jet clean out everything was normal and in good shape for $2,200. That's a far cry from $14,000. Day n Night is MY go to plumbing and heating company. They are awesome!

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.

This handsome young man gave me a great deal and my home now stays warmer for a longer amount of time.Demond and Diego came out to install my insulation those two for a class act and would recommend them to anybody. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, but they also showed me before and after photos.
