The technicians, JoJoe and Mario, were very friendly, communicative, thorough, and efficient as they went through our old house to clean out our ducts. Both of them made sure they took the time to get the job done the right way without cutting any corners. For example, they demonstrated thoughtfulness and respect of our items by covering them up and cleaning the areas afterwards. It’s hard to find people that care nowadays. We appreciate them going above and beyond for their service. Our family can breathe better now thanks to their quality work and effort!

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. She had the Operations Manager out Early Saturday morning. Fred went over our options and we made the decision to get a new system installed. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional and do not try to sell you something you don’t need.

REEIS IS THE BESTWe started out with Reeis from the home & garden show. We decided to invite them to give us an energy audit. IT WAS THE BEST SPENT $99! Eduardo is absolutely amazing at explaining the process on a project. He is so knowledgeable and easygoing. The crew that did the work were great guys. All of them were very respectful and quality minded in their work. We have saved lots on our energy bill since then. Today we had REEIS replace our A/C unit. We would not have considered anyone else. We were not disappointed: Orlando, Vincent and the rest of the crew were awesome, professional, and personable. We look forward to a long term relationship with the service department for the regular service checks that will protect our investment.

He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how they work and made sure to ask if the units I bought would come with all hardware. He worked hard at giving me a reasonable quote as well. I have been looking to find a reliable HVAC company for several years now. After trying several companies, Comfort One AC is the one. Today was my first experience with them and Jonathan was a Superstar! He discovered that my AC had been overcharged with refrigerant. He took the time to explain what that meant and how it could impact my system. He, of course, put the refrigerant to the level it should be. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but that's exactly what Jonathan provided today. If you are looking for a new AC company, go with Comfort One AC. They are the BEST!

Kevin is a great technician! Very professional, personable and friendly. He maintenanced my unit in preparation for summer and gave me an estimate for a new system just in case as mine is 12yo. I will be using Rising Sun in the future.

Jose did a great job, just like the last time. I reviewed the test results, which were good, and he briefed me on all the details. He even fixed a little issue that was a few minutes of work for an expert that would have taken me hours. I'm very pleased with Sun Tech.

Rose was amazing - they were early - which was perfect for me! Also, I felt comfortable in their presence and they were really informative and took care of the maintenance and informed me of my warranty and extending the warranty to stay covered for up to 3 years longer. I was really impressed with the service!
