Best New Furnace in Phoenix AZ

First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

Dylan came out to assess the state of our plumbing and was very thorough in his inspection and explanation of how our hard water impacts our pipes and how to take care of our plumbing. Very knowledgeable and very thorough

SG Mechanical is our go to service provider for our AC. Our system is about 16 years old and SG has come out to fix it without pushing for a big ticket install. They do an excellent job communicating what is going on the with the system. Kyle is awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend SG Mechanical and recommend that you ask for Kyle!

He didn’t try to upsell me, however, I ended up installing a new unit, new ductwork and a return at a very reasonable cost. I can’t believe the difference! Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I will be relying on this company in the future.

The COOLEST A/C guy in the valley. Comfort One installed our three AC units over a year ago. They worked with our schedule and did it so we did not have to shut down. Three times a year, they show up on time, are very clean in the office and give us a detailed report on our AC units reading and output. If we ever have a question, Comfort One is quick to respond. Pam, Kevin, and team are nice people who have provided us with excellent, personalized service. Great communication throughout the process and even called me back after watching the videos I'd taken of the AC issue I was having. Will definitely be calling them back for our annual service as well as a replacement when it's time.

I can’t say enough about this company. Our A/C stopped working two nights ago and our house was heating up quickly. We have 1 year old twins so this situation is a nightmare for us. I contacted Jimmy at 10:30 at night. He got back to me immediately and got me right on his schedule the following day. Knowing how busy HVAC company’s are right now I was highly impressed with how fast he came out. Jimmy gave me updates along the way and he explained the problem with our unit in detail. I’m so grateful for him and his company. Fast response, honest, communicative and friendly. We will never use a different A/C company. Thank you Jimmy!

Gotta say having Logan Porter out to work on my water softener and water line was a great and pleasant experience. He is a friendly person and took great pride in his work. I’d definitely like to have him out for future services.

Scheduled service for 6/26 at 7, they called at 7:01 to cancel stating their tech doesn't have a ladder. Rescheduled me for 6/27 and that tech also stated he probably didn't have the correct ladder but came out anyway. I showed him how everyone gets on the roof, there are 2 spots to place ladders, one at ground level and another on the top of the first floor. He refused and said it was an OSHA violation, it's not, just a lazy technician.I went with another company who showed up within 2 hours and is replacing my system this week. They also didn't have a problem getting on the roof ?

George was awesome! Normally I get anxious about calling someone out to fix something on my house that I don’t have much knowledge about but George took the time to explain the system, involved me in diagnosing the problem and was able to fix it for a lot less money than I expected. I’m a customer for life from here on out!!
