Nefarious business practices. I was very optimistic with this company because of all the positive reviews and commercials, but after dealing with them on 2 separate occasions, it is clear to me there is deception and dishonest business practices going on here. My first plumbing visit the guy had to cut through dry wall to fix the problem. He didn't even bother to repair the drywall at all. I simply let it go because I do realize that he is a plumber so I cut him some slack. He later told me that I needed a new tub spout for a ridiculous price of 300 dollars. 300 dollars for a 10 dollar chinese spout that takes 5 minutes to install. I got money so I thought nothing of it until after he was gone. A year goes by and it's time for my second rejuvenation for my AC before summer hits. There were a couple fixes that the guy said needed to be done for a massive 600 dollars bill. All to just replace a capacitor and a wire. After I refused the service, the tech calls his boss. The guy offers to bring the price down to 500. I'm thinking to myself why don't they just give me their best price up front? Dishonest shady business tactics is the answer. I will be canceling my membership and have my handyman do it for 300, thank you. I will no longer do business with big businesses because you can't really trust anybody these days.

1st Choice responded to our home warranty call and provided us with great timely service! They came out same day and fixed our air conditioner. They were friendly, professional, fast and knowledgeable.

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

The A/C in our computer shop just recently went out, and that makes working on computers incredibly miserable. We called SG Mechanical and they had technicians out in 2 days. Matthew G and Matt S were our technicians and they did an excellent and quick job fixing our unit and provided us with excellent information going forward. I have an older house that requires some HVAC maintenance from time to time. My house uses 3 separate A/C systems. Almost two years ago, since I was having repeated issues with my old systems I decided to purchase 3 all new Trane A/C systems. They replaced the condenser outside, the air handlers inside, and installed new wi-fi thermostats. The installation and everything went great!

The new systems were installed in October of 2019 and so I didn't really get to push the A/C hard until the summer of 2020. Before agreeing to have them replace all three units, I expressed concerns that my master unit doesn't seem to be able to keep up with demand in the hot summer months. Eric Johnson, the sales professional, showed me how he calculated the size of unit to use and assured me that if we still had issues he would make it right. In July of 2020 when it started getting really hot, I noticed that the A/C in the master was struggling to cool the room even in the middle of the night.

I immediately texted Eric. He came out with the technician the following morning and they proceeded to make many adjustments and test things out. It seemed as though there was some sort of obstruction in my duct work or the ducts just weren't arranged properly. Their testing showed that the air coming out of the air handler was coming out at the proper rate and much cooler than the air going in. Everything from the equipment side was working as it should.

Eric spoke with the owner of Scottsdale Air and he agreed to install a new larger system to replace the system that was only 9 months old, at no cost to me. So to put this into context, Eric showed me how he calculates the size for the unit required (the other 2 units work perfectly) and that is what I paid for, then they showed that the equipment was working as expected and that the duct work in my house was likely the cause of the issue, but they still replaced my system with a bigger A/C unit than I should really need and they charged me nothing for it. The A/C in my master bedroom now works great! I was able to cool the master from 75º to 70º at 7:00pm in past couple of weeks when the highs outside were around 115º. It only takes about 1 hours to cool the room down now. I couldn't be happier.

These guys really know how to take care of their customers. All of the service technicians (Scott is the man), the people that answer the phones, Eric Johnson, and the owner all go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I will be a Scottsdale Air customer for life!

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

So I have been very satisfied with Ace Home Services in servicing my A/C unit. I had a repair need and had the privilege of seeing Jose Melgoza. He was on time, courteous, and explained my issue in detail. Though a repair was not needed, he explained how my system worked and that it was operating correctly. I appreciated the information.

I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very helpful at letting me know what was going on as he was working on things. The service from John and the Comfort One was top notch!
