What great service I received. A & M responded very quickly. The technician, Brad, demonstrated vast knowledge about the AC system we have. He took time to explain what the problem was and how he would go about fixing everything. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and respectful to all my questions and concerns. We have used and recommended SG Mechanical for years. Today, when we woke up to a warm house and temps were expected over 100 degrees with one call SG was at our house by early afternoon. He replaced 2 parts of each unit and climbed in and out of 2 attics in the middle of the summer and had the job done in a few hours! This company is very professional and friendly. Both our AC units were in need of replacing. George came out quickly and had a quote back to us in a very short period of time. I have to say, of all the companies (including Costco's choice company) George was the ONLY one who reconfigured the way our ducts were positioned so that we would get better airflow and therefore save us even more money. The way the builder put in the ducts we never had great air flow to 1/3 of the house. No one else that went into our attic to look at the current system ( which was put in place by the builder 17 years ago ) came down with any helpful suggestions the way George did. George is the owner of Air Control. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. They were on time and took very good care of protecting our home while doing the removal of the old system, and installing the new. We had JUST put in a brand new built in closet ( worth 20k ) and when they were done - not a single scratch anywhere in the closet, which is where they had to go through to gain access to the attic.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air Control to anyone looking to replace their current system. I don't know where to begin...I finally decided to get a new A/C system. I got 3 bids and decided to go with American Home Water and Air Conditioning. From the time Joe came to my home, (outside due to Covid), I felt very comfortable with everything he discussed and explained about new air conditioning systems.
To make a long story short, my new system was installed yesterday. The men arrived, the drop clothes were put down and the work began. One team began work outside on the compressor, removing the old and preparing for the new unit. Another team worked in my attic removing the old heating system in sections.
Everyone seemed to work like a well oiled machine. Special thanks to the Supervisor Jason and Nick for answering any questions I had in between all this work.
When they finished, the vacuum came out and the drop cloths were removed. The system is working beautifully.
Special thanks to Joe for returning today and reviewing the smart thermostat with me again.
I will be using this company for my water conditioning system, my water heater and my RO system which happens to be Kinetico. I chose this company because of all their positive reviews. Now I find myself adding one to that group of very satisfied customers!

I had Five Star Air Conditioning install a new AC unit at the beginning of the summer. Tony and Ashley came out, removed the old unit and installed a new one. They were on time and very professional. They came back out a couple months later to check on the unit and were both very personable and friendly.
If I ever have any issues with my air conditioner or need another unit replaced I would contact them again.
