I truly have to say I was impressed with A & M Mechanical from the first call...Amy was very personable, took the time to explain and educate me regarding my air conditioner, thermostat and future needs of my very old system, and she clearly came across as an honest and trustworthy. Brad arrived and was very professional and honest, installed a new thermostat and took the time to explain everything to me and what my future system needs. I have found my team! George and his crew have turned our business around. We had terrible air conditioning. We have tried to have companies repair for years. George came in and redid our air and it has been spectacular. We would recommend them to anyone. 10 stars if we could!!!

Courtesy offered, NOT received. The technician told my husband and myself they would repair our air conditioner as a courtesy prior to the home warranty company authorizing the motor. End of story, bill sent to us, warranty didn’t cover all of the cost, call to office, threatened with collections and hung up on by receptionist. Free advice, wait for the authorization from warranty company before accepting “courtesy “.
