Worst ac company I've ever experienced! The guy came and unplugged my ac unit and left told me it wasn't working I called the company back and they never followed up charged us $100 and had to pay another ac company to come back out. Office didn't seem to concerned about me and my kids on a hot summer day. I was so disappointed.

Robert Mitchell came to my home to service my unit. Unfortunately, it needed a big repair or to be replaced. I chose replacement but I was upset. Now I am even more upset. The price I was charged on the invoice does not match the price Robert gave me. I spoke to Norm that oversees Robert and got a whole song and dance. Bottom line they treated me as a long time customer quite poorly. I think they just play a numbers game and I was on the losing side. In my opinion ACE Air is dishonest.
