2 units Variable heat pump Installation. Aaron Hoberg was very knowledgeable of the systems and their application to my home.The teams were on time. They were very neat (tidy) friendly and courteous.They paid exceptional attention to detail with an objective of long term success and performance. I highly recommend Penguin Air. I had a leak in my copper water line on the high-pressure side, so the leak was constant. Of course I can turn the water off to my house, but not for very long. I had called another company before I called Penguin Air (big mistake). That other company wouldn't come out until the next morning. I took a day off from work and waited for the other company all day. Multiple calls throughout the day and they finally told me at 4pm they would need to reschedule. My water is leaking and I can't keep it shutoff. So now this emergency just got a whole lot worse and I started to feel sick to my stomach. I called Penguin Air and they immediately told me they could get someone to my house in a couple of hours (major stress relief). That was fantastic news because I live at the edge of town and it takes a while to drive to my house. The repair process went just as Penguin Air said it would. Within an hour I was assigned my technician and I was given his contact info and his picture. I then received a text that had a link to track his location. That was awesome. Just like using GPS, I could see where he was and how far he still had to go. That was a major stress relief being able to see where he was and not just waiting and wondering if he's actually still coming. Once he was onsite, the service was awesome. The repair was quick and fixed very well. It has been a few days since the repair and I have checked every day and not a single drop of water, it's 100% dry. I wish all companies had this type of excellent service, but at least Penguin Air does.

We needed to replace The hot water heater at our restaurant. After caIling around to other plumbing companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. I called Ronnie at Hobaica Services. After sending him pictures, he called me back 10mins later with a quote to install a new one. His crew came out the next morning, installed the Water Heater at the price he quoted and we were back up and running for service that night. Great price, great service, great company.

Desert Diamond was recommended to me by my neighbor and I will have to thank him for that. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and on time! Hard to believe that people call you when they are on their way. The maintenance was completed and a thorough review was explained in layman's terms to me by Ryan which I totally appreciated. I signed up for the 2 yr maint contract because it was definitely to my advantage. Very impressed and I will be having Desert Diamond back out to do some preventive updates to the system.

Jacob and Nikki showed up to my home on time to fix a leak I had with my RO faucet. I noticed a leak under the sink and Jacob diagnosed the problem and told me I had two options to fix it. One was a bit less expensive than the other - but he couldn't be certain I wouldn't have the issue down the road. The other one was a bit more, but would fix the issue permanently. I chose the permanent fix. He explained the process, was clean and professional and it was reasonably priced. AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

It was more than a Good experience . . . it was Great! During the initial visit, Kevin diagnosed the problem and also figured out a temporary solution until the replacement part could be ordered and installed. Later, the owner called me personally to let me know the part was in and would be installed soon. Jesus and Chris arrived for the replacement and were efficient, friendly and left the work area clean. So thankful for the great customer service and expertise! I highly recommend this company!

Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.

We have been using Day & Night Air for the past 10 years. We purchased 2 new AC units and have had them work on our hot water heater and plumbing. All the techs are very professional and take pride in their work. The office is also very responsive to qustions and scheduling. Gary has been our AC technician in multiple occasions. Frank and his team are rockstars, they replaced 4 air conditioning systems for me in the summer of 2019. Price was fair and they were out fast. I would recommend them to any home owner or landlord looking for quality work and great pricing.

Could not be happier with Temperature Pro's service. They were able to be on site within 30 minutes and had the job done within 2 hours. They also looked at some other units with suggestions as to how to preserve them. Certainly appreciate their fast response and diligence.
